Chapter 51: Life is an Illusion

Y/n p.o.v 

We were back in Konoha, we have been back for two weeks. Life couldn't be better, just last night Uncle Asuma and Kurenai invited us plus Konohamaru to dinner, we found out that they got engaged! So I can officially call her Auntie. But the best part is, she's pregnant!, five weeks! But they want to wait till 10 weeks to tell people about the pregnancy and engagement. So were the only ones who know the big secret.

Today was my only day off, tomorrow I have a mission with the ANBU. I was staying over at the big Senju house. Shikamaru had slept on the couch since he was too tired to go home. I didn't mind. I was currently in the kitchen making breakfast. When there was a knock on the door. "I got it!" Shikamaru said, apparently he was already up.

"So he's living with you now huh" I looked behind me, Gwyneth and Lola, "They came to hug me since I was making egg's, "Why are you making eggs? Are you training to be a house wife" Lola said, "Shhh he's right outside Lola, we wouldn't want him to know our dear Princess is in love with him" I felt my face go red, "Shut up! And nice too see both of you"

Tori came running down to say hi and that she was hungry, I gave her her egg's, at this point Shikamaru had already left for work. "Awww Y/n this is so cute!" I looked at what Gwyneth was pointing at, it was the most recent picture of me and Tori but next to it was another of us and Shikamaru. "It's like your a happy family!" Lola said. I laughed a little. "We are. The royal photographers came and we had a whole photoshoot, we have like 10 good pictures of Y/n and Shikamaru to show the grand kids!" Tori said and I choked on my water. "TORI!"

Once the laughter died down. "I love seeing you gals but why are you here?" and I was handed a scroll, I read it. "Alright, I understand. Tori, you have to go back home for Grandmama's birthday celebration, it's in a week but, you are leaving early to go to a few events. Lola and Selena plus squads 8, 12, 15, 24, 98, 100, 109, will be guarding you. Now do you want some one from the leaf besides ANBU to guard you?" I asked her. "No, it's alright, why so many guards, that's like 30 people plus Lola and Gwen guarding me?" I sighed, "Were living in dangerous times. The Akatsuki is out there and others who cause harm. I'll notify 'Shadow' to watch you. I will also send one of my summonings with you, Sidian, is a wolf pup but he is fast. You leave at Lunch" I said to her.

She nodded and scooted closer to me and whispered "All the super cute baby clothes I can buy for the baby!" I smiled at her and ruffled her hair.

*A few hours later*

I was at the gates dropping Tori off, then Shikamaru came out of no where, "I thought you had a mission?" I said while Tori jumped to him and he caught her and spun her around "Your not so little any more. No, it was canceled, I came to go get you since, coincidentally all of our friends have the day off, so were all going to get barbecue" he said to me, Tori whispered something to him and he seamed confused but shrugged it off. She the went to me and I pulled her close to me and hugged her, I kissed her forehead, "Be safe, don't hesitate to send me a message if gran wants to make you do something stupid. Remember to always make sure you look both ways when crossing the street, behave and listen to Lilac when you get there. I love you Angel" I said to her. "I love you too big sissy"

Naruto and Sakura came and she said bye to them. We then put her in the carriage. Once we closed the door's I looked over to my men and I nodded at Shikamaru. "You are to Escort Her Majesty Princess Victoria to the Palace, as well as Lady Gwyneth and Lady Lola. If any of you think of flirting with her majesty Princess Y/n's ladies in waiting. You will personally here from me and Commander Shiro!" all the guards straightened up "YES CAPTAIN SHIKAMARU!" oh I forgot I made him a captain of the Lunar Army.

And so they got in formation around the carriage. And they left, once about half a mile down the road, Tori sicked her head out from the top of the carriage "BYE BIG BROTHER NARUTO, BYE BIG SISSY SAKURA, BYE BIG SIS, BYE BIG BROTHER SHIKA AND TAKE CARE OF Y/N FOR ME WHILE I'M GONE, GO ON A MISSION AND BRING BIG BROTHER SASU BACK! LOVE YOU Y/N"
