Xyrill sitting in her bed, alone. Looking at the tablet she got from the people on that rally.
She closes her eyes when the pain in her head started. As the pain continues she remembered how the people in that rally got killed. For some reason the guards started to open fire in the crowd.
Morris. The name of the Viceroy of Uraia. The one who is in command of the guards who shot the civilians.
They were forced to stay for another day in Uraia because of what happened. Once again Xyrill scanned the documents she received.
And suddenly her phone vibrates, a call from Mystic. Servant of Lady Securus. "Lady Securus is in good condition. Please don't blame yourself Empress Xyrill. She took the bullet for you because she wanted to" She heard from the other end.
"Thank you Mystic. I will send flowers for Lady Securus as an apology" Xyrill said with her horsy voice.
"Alright Your Highness" Xyrill looks at the time. She's waiting for a meeting she set. The reason why they stayed for another day.
"Your Highness?" A familiar voice calls her name. Xyrill looks up and force a smile.
"Krea" She said while looking at her 3 friends. They've been called because of what Xyrill and Securus did. Leaving the Mansion without supervision. They hug her. They're not supposed to be there, but after hearing what happened they insist on going with Xyrill.
"It's not your fault" Egilior comforted their Empress. Xyrill wasn't even crying but they know that she felt guilty of what happened to the people.
"I know, it's not my fault. So I will make sure the person who did this will take responsibility" Xyrill answered, different from what they expected.
Sabay-sabay silang napatingin sa pinto ng may kumatok. Lumapit si Phelis para pag buksan.
"Your Highness. The meeting is set. You can now go" Byzantia said. Tumayo si Xyrill habang dala-dala ang tablet na bigay sa kaniya. At sumama kay Byzantia. Habang naiwan ang tatlo sa kwarto.
Xyrill's hand form into a fist. She can't contain her anger. The anger of seeing Morris.
Pag dating nila sa meeting, si Xyrill na lang ang hinihintay. Nandoon ang 12 Knights at ang Emperor. Pero kahit marami ang makikinig, ang mata ni Xyrill ay na kay Morris lang. Xyrill sits beside the Emperor. While Morris is in the other side of table.
"Now, let's start. What heck happened Morris?" Tanong ni Eguzki kay Morris, habang si Xyrill ay hindi pa rin inaalis ang kaniyang mata kay Morris.
"Your guards are the first to respond in the scene. We told you to not open fire. What happened?" Dagdag ni Klaus habang nakikinig ang iba.
"It was an unfortunate event, I know. But it already happened. Besides, my guards open fire because the civilians do have fire arms" Tumaas ang kilay ni Xyrill sa sinabi ni Morris. Kasabay noon ang paglabas ng fire arms sa hologram na hawak umano ng mga civilian.
Xyrill knew that they don't have any on them. Only phones and tablets to help them with their concerns. The tablet she had is the proof.
