3rd Person's POV
"Isn't this your goal? Why are you looking like that?" Napatikhim naman si Leif sa sinabi ni Speros sa kanya.
"Don't put me into this. I did my job" And then both of them looked at Astrid kaya tinaasan sila ng kilay nito.
"Shut up" Sagot ni Astrid sa kanilang dalawa. Habang napabuntong hininga na lang si Speros.
Speros checked his armlet while Leif is looking at him. "Hey, you've been gone for a few days. If you're planning something, I'll make sure I'll kill you" Napatawa na lang si Speros sa sinabi ni Leif sa kanya.
"You sure talk a lot when it's about killing me huh?" Speros remove the armlet in his wrist turning it into a phone.
"Yes I know I've been busy, but I'm sure this will help the new Empress" Nagpantig naman ang tenga ni Astrid sa narinig niya.
"Oh my gosh, I still can't believe that Prince Asher is right, the Emperor will choose Xyrill after all" Speros rolled his eyes.
"His brother is the Emperor. Maybe He convinced His Highness than the Counselors" Sagot niya.
"And Speros, what did you mean about helping the new Empress?" Panibagong tanong ni Astrid kay Speros. But he just shrugs.
Even though the 12 of them are working together, there are times that some information are kept from each other.
"Speros Ywain, I swear to you. I'll kill you first before Leif gets to you" Speros laugh so hard that the other Knights heard them.
Wintherus glared at them. "Focus!" And all of the sudden the three of them went silent. Since they are in the back only one Knight scolded them.
"W-wait! That guy really decided to pick me? W-why?" Nalipat naman ang attention nila nang magsalita si Xyrill na pinaliligiran ng 12 Knights.
"That guy?" Tanong ni Zogofros.
"You mean the Emperor? Yes." Byzantia answered. At this point Xyrill doesn't know to do. Her heart is beating so fast and just the thought of meeting the Emperor again makes her knees melt.
Astrid wanted to comfort her friend but she can't go near her right now. And somehow Xyrill kinda understand that she can't talk with them.
"The Emperor himself will talk to you. Let's get inside" Klaus interrupted. Tsaka siya naunang maglakad papasok sa Royal's Domain.
Habang pinapanood lang ni Xyrill na isa-isang may ini-scan ang mga Knights para makapasok sa loob.
Nagtama naman ang tingin nila ni Leif. Ngunit tumango lang si Leif sa kanya at bumalik ito sa likod kasama sila Astrid at Speros.
Xyrill's POV
Hindi ko alam ang gagawin, feeling ko anytime babagsak na ako sa lupa sa kaba. Kanina hindi ko pa ma-process na ako ang napili. Ang ngayon nandito na ako sa loob ng Royal's Domain. Naglalakad sa kung saan man kami papunta.
At isa pa, sigurado akong pag nagkita kami uli nila Krea hindi na nila ako iiwan na mag-isa. Sabi ko pa naman kay Egilior na ako na lang ang pupunta sa kanila, pero heto ako ngayon nasa loob ng building na'to at sigurado akong hindi sila makakapasok dito.
Bigla namang napatigil sa paglalakad ang mga tao sa harap ko kaya napasilip ako sa harap.
Yung mga kasama ko ngayon ay naka-bow sa prinsipeng nasa harap namin. Si Clovis.
He ignored the knights and walked towards me.
"Goodluck" he said seriously. Tsaka siya naglakad papaalis sa harap ko. Why is he making me feel that I'm walking towards my death sentence.
