Na saan na naman ako?
Iginala ko ang aking mata sa paligid, pero ang nakita ko lang ay ang mga magagandang bulaklak sa paligid.
Nasa garden ba ako?
Sobrang aliwalas naman dito, nakakatuwa.
I closed my eyes to feel the presence here in the garden. My surroundings is full of blooming flowers, I can even smell some of them here in my chair.
"Hahaha!" Agad akong napadilat nang makarinig ako ng mga batang nagtatawanan. What is that?
When I opened my eyes I was greeted by two pairs of eyes looking at me. But one that struck me the most is that one kid have a white hair while the other one has a black hair.
Teka, bakit parang nakita ko na ang dalawang batang 'to? Saan nga ba?
"You're awake!" The white haired kid smiled ear to ear as he saw me.
"Let's go!" The other kid take his hand and they run away.
"Teka!" Tumayo ako sa aking kinau-upuan pero agad din akong napahawak sa tagiliran ko. For some reason my abdomen hurts, pero wala naman akong kahit anong sugat na makita.
"Come on!" Tawag sa akin ng bata kaya napakunot ang noo ko. Kilala ba nila ako? How? I don't even know them.
Pero sumunod pa rin ako sa kanila hanggang mawala sila sa paningin ko ng lumiko sila. "Wait" I called them but they didn't look back.
Hindi ko alam bakit may mga bata dito sa garden. The last time I remembered ako na ata ang pinaka-bata sa Palace.
"She's here! Haha!" I heard them giggling.
My eyebrows turn into a knot when I saw someone as I turn the corner. Naka-squat siya para pantayan ang mga bata, habang ang mga bata naman ay nilambitinan siya.
The kids looks like having fun, they even made the man a tree as they climb to his head.
"Didn't I tell you? She's tired" My eyes widen when I heard that familiar voice. That deep and cold voice that can send shivers down to your spine.
Emperor Reiko.
"Argh" Napahawak ako sa ulo ko ng makaramdam ako ng sakit. Anong nangyayari? Bakit nandito ang Emperor? At sino ang mga batang kasama niya?
"Let's go, let us not bother her" I heard him say to the kids. The two kids nodded their head and look at me.
"Rest well Mama! Haha!" The shouted and run away from us.
Huh? What? Did they just callled me 'Mama'? Kailan pa ako nagka-anak?
Napapikit ako nang mahigpit ng makaramdam na naman uli ako ng sakit sa ulo.
Where the heck I am?
I raised my head when I felt a pair of eyes staring at me. And that's where I met his eyes.
"R-reiko?" I called him but he didn't answered. Just like the usual, he still has his resting face. But what he did next is beyond my imagination.
D-did he just s-smile at me?
It's a small smile but I know that he smiled at me. And I can feel that it's warmth.
"Hey!" I called him when he starts walking away. "Emperor Reiko!"
Nagmadali akong mag lakad para habulin siya.
"San ka pupunta?" I ask him as I reach out to his hand.
