As I watch Chris in celebration from Sooni's words. I can't help but worry, the Elders were saving face but they were being dishonorable! How dare my mate bow to those that caused her harm!! I wanted to murder them all.

"Umm Sooni would is be possible to watch the pups on the training ground before I go back to my apartment" Chris asks Sooni

Sooni Growls at Chris to get Chris to submit. It was amusing to be on the other side of Sooni's temperament...

"Okay I give Sooni I will head back to my room then." Chris says as she hops off the bed and her legs buckled under her. I caught her and pulled her up into my arms so I can carry her.

"Would you all mind if I take Chris to her room?" I asked My mates

"That's fine Dar'ke, I need to examine Sooni now. And Tanomi needs to get back to training with the pups with Lu'Nye. One of us will stop by in a bit. Also a note for both of you no mating until I have cleared Chris is full health." Maini Says to us

I nod and take the embarrassed and protesting Ooman mate out of the Clinic. Chris settles down a bit when we are in the long hallway.

"Dar'ke I will be better on the 4 th day can we meet up with OldOne I know he is probably cranky we haven't gone shopping for the ship yet" Chris says to me casually

"OldOne can wait your health comes first. The risks you take with your life is going to put me into a final sleep well before you Chris!" I growl at her

"I am sorry Dar'ke....I honestly didn't know that this would happen. But the plus side is that if I ever encounter that poison again I will be completely immune. Also when I breast feed our pups I should be able to pass that immunity on as well. So it's a kind bad but good as well...?" Chris rambles on

I stop and look down at her. "Definitely no hunting when you decide to bear pups" I say flatly to her. I couldn't bear if something happened to her while she was bearing pups.

I pick her up and bring her to the bed and sit her down. Chris flops down and curses at her legs. "I will be happy when I can walk again and bit be carried around like a pup all the time!" She said in a huff to herself
