I told Sa'ke not to worry about the three hunters that were watching from afar. I would go with Sa'ke and meet with them. I also told him not to tell Dar'ke or Bru'tae. If these hunters were truly from the council of elders I wanted to get answers from them!

The days had passed quickly and I woke up that morning in a pup tent in the colony. I was surrounded and cuddled by 6 pups that were only a year or less out of sucklings stage. The females would chuckle at me when I did this. But I told them I needed the experience. They were happy to let they're pups sleep with me.

I had to make sure to take turns with different groups. Otherwise the females and the pups would start fighting about not sharing the Ooman.  I sighed inwardly as I looked at the ceiling. I slowly wiggled out of the fur tent making sure to move limbs like legs, arms, feet, an hands away without disturbing the sleeping pups.

I crawled out and sat outside a small victory. One of the females yautja was close by she chattered at me. "Ooman it takes much louder sounds to wake those pups. You don't have to be so tense." She chittered to me

"Thank you I will keep that in mind. I appreciate the advice." I said with a smile before I got up and went to the yautja version of an out house to relieve my bladder.

My belly was starting to look like I swallowed a bowling ball. I could feel my pups moving they were not happy that I had shifted them from their comfortable sleeping positions. They wiggled and shifted in my stomach till they sorted themselves out. Making sure to kick and punch my bladder in protest of them being woken up.

I get out a bottle of orange juice and chug that back to give me some sugar in my system. I didn't want to much on my stomach incase I needed to fight. I mean its rude to barf on your opponent mid battle right?

I met up with Sa'ke and Siri who were by the gate. "Chris I really don't think  you should do this" Siri says with concern.

"Siri it should be okay, as far as I know it's just Dar'ke. Don't worry about it we will be fine plus Sa'ke will be there as well." I said to her. She have me a look that mirrored Sooni's annoyed face.

"Chris, I don't like this either. I am not even sure if I can protect you if they choose to fight." Sa'ke said unsure of himself.

I smelted the old man Dar'ke scent in the air. I had been getting whiffs of it the last few days. I could almost tell how far away that one was by the strength of the smell.

"Sa'ke we should get going now" I say to him as I leave the gate ahead of them.

Sa'ke looked at me cocking his head to the side confused at why I was hurrying. I was maybe 10 feet away from them. An I looked to my left where the smell was the strongest. I was right besides the one that wanted to talk.

I look over to them and pointed to my left. "Sa'ke our guest is right here, its rude to keep them waiting any longer. " I say to Sa'ke and Siri.

Sa'ke whips out his combistick, Siri grabs her side daggers. They are about to rush out when the 2 elite enforcers uncloak behind me and stop them in they're tracks. They stop abruptly at the site of them.

I can feel eyes looking at me from my left. As well as an aura I am very familiar with. It's a test I realize, however his intimidation tactics weren't working on me. I took a deep breath an then raised my head to meet this males eyes.

I looked up into the bio masks eyes an in a calm steady voice "You wish to speak to me, I am here. Did you want to talk here or did you have another place in mind Grand Clan Leader?" I say respectfully. This wasn't Dar'ke I could tell when I was standing next to this male...I realized that it must his Sirer.
