Chapter 151

After looking over Dee's new eye I can't believe what had happened? I took samples of the surrounding tissues. This made no sense how this could be!

There were still some wet vomit from the Jay'Ve on the towel I had stolen with Dee from Chris's toom. I took samples of that as well.

"Dee how do you feel?" I ask him, making sure everything was recording.

"I feel fine, other then a little weirded out by the situation. I can see perfectly without any pain Maini..." Dee says to me still in shock. He keeps reaching up to touch his new eye.

"Dee I am going to recommend you stop trying to touch your new eye." I say to him while getting a protective covering for it. I attach the covering on it to keep it clean and injury free until I can do further investigations.

Dee sat still an was very patient, thank Paya! After I was done my work he asked "Maini is it alright if I return to see Chris and the pups?" He asked me, with an uncertain tone.

I check with Dar'ke and they were still there. "That would be fine Dee, did you need me to head down with you?" I asked him.

He shook his head no then left my clinic. The samples were amazing! However...I took out a knife an sliced my palm open. I then took the towel with the wet vomit and wiped my hand. It instantly healed!?!?! There wasn't even a scar or a mark of any type.

Question was is it due to an ability the  Jay'Ve has or is it a property of his gastro acid an Chris's breast milk. Or is it one or the other if it isn't a combined affect of those fluids mixed together!

I can't wait until the scans are complete! I am so excited! This could make yautja medical history!

I was having fun watching Dar'ke, Fa'tae an the older pups chase around Jay'Ve and Sha'On! Not gonna lie I felt tired just watching them all. This room was not going to hold the pups for long.

I would have to talk to Dar'ke an Sooni later to see if they would allow me to walk around with the pups outside. I would probably be guarded given the situation. I didn't mind that, I just needed to make sure that the babies got what they needed to be healthy.

I hear the door open an Dee slips back into the room he has a patch over his new eye. I rush over to him "Dee are you okay? What did Maini day?" I ask him.

"So far all we know is that I have my eye back, it functions well, no pain. Maini wants me to stop by everyday for the next few weeks or so to make sure it is permanent without consequences" he says to me.

I let out a sigh of relief I feel tiny arms wrap around my legs an I see Jay'Ve and Sha'On looking up at us. Jay'Ve has a big gummy grin on his face. Like he knows he did something good. Sha'On is being shy for once instead of his usual cute cheeky self.

"Dee I think they want you to thank Jay'Ve" I say stroking Jay'Ve and Sha'On little head crests lovingly.

Dee knelt down so he could be on eye level with the pups. "Thank you for giving me back my eye Jay'Ve. I look forward to hunting with you both in the future" Dee says to them seriously.

Jay'Ve and Sha'On look at one another an give Dee the loudest happy growl I have ever heard from them! They toddled back to the rest of the pups. Dee followed them an was playing with them and Fa'tae.

Dar'ke came over to me as I was watching the group play an interact within another. "Dar'ke we have amazing pups..." I say to him with a smile.

"Chris..." Dar'ke said to me, unsure of what he wanted to say or was willing to say. He was a little hard to read right now.
