Khushi was searching around their house frantically, desperately hoping and praying to Devi Maiyya to return her child safely in her arms "You can't do this to me Devi maiyya, agar hamare bacche ko kuch bhi ho gaya toh hum aapse kabhi baat nahi karengey." She, as a mother, was threatening the 'Mother Supreme' of the universe!

Just then Kavish came to running to her. Since he was playing in the front yard, he hadn't noticed Piya or Aru went in the back and what happened then. Khushi saw him and unknowingly directed her anger to him

"Chiku! Where is your sister? I left with you aur aapne uska khayal bhi nahi rakha" Kavish stood there scared, his mother never shouted at him like that

"Why are you scolding him, if you had paid attention to your own child first than pampering others' kids, this wouldn't have happened" dadi's voice came from behind and Khushi's tears started making their way from her eyes. Guilt, anger at her own self and panic was overpowering her senses and she would have fallen to ground if Payal hadn't come to her side supporting her

Arnav was driving his car at full speed not caring how many traffic rules he broke. Luckily their house was in a narrow alley, and it hadn't been more than 10 minutes since Aru was abducted. He was constantly talking to police commissioner on his Bluetooth, asking them to seize all areas around their house and scan every car, van, auto-rikshaw or even bus and trucks! All the while constantly struggling to keep his mind on road and control his erratic heartbeats, he couldn't give up until he saved his baby!

Just then he spotted an old car that apparently had bumped onto a next one and the drivers were in an altercation. He had almost passed the scene until he noticed one of the drivers-Pavan. What was he doing in this area, Arnav immediately had a doubt and applied breaks to pull his car to the roadside. Pavan saw him coming and ran away from the scene abandoning the car as well as the fight. Arnav instead of following him, ran to the damaged car as if to confirm his fears and to his relief, he saw Arohi lying on the backseat, seemingly unhurt. He quickly opened the door and took her small body in his arms, repeatedly kissing her forehead in relief

However when she didn't respond even after few seconds, he panicked. He looked at her to realize she was unconscious! His anger knew no bounds and all he wanted was to kill Pavan! But right now, saving his child was more important

"Aru, princess, see dada is here. Open your eyes bacha" but no response. He ran to his car with her in his arms, taking her to the nearest hospital.

Thankfully the police were still on phoneline so they got to know Arohi Singh Raizada was found and now they went to hunt the culprit. Arnav also called Khushi but she was in no sense of anything. It was Akash who picked her phone to finally receive the news of Aru's rescue

Khushi, Akash with adamant nani and dadi reached hospital at almost same time as Arnav. He had gotten hold of a doctor to check on Aru. She was taken to the inspection room where generally family was not allowed to be present. But Khushi had refused to leave Aru's side as well as Arnav so doctors gave in. She was still unconscious, and didn't show any sign of waking up.  So finally doctors decided to use intravenous injection to make it reach in her blood faster

As the needle pricked their child's delicate soft skin, Arnav and Khushi felt the pain as if they were the ones getting pricked. Arnav would have done something if he didn't feel Khushi slump besides him leaning on his side. Too much stress on the top of whole day's fast was finally taking a toll on her. In that state too she could hear dadi's words from behind

"Bacche samabhalna nahi ata toh paida kyun karte hai? Hamari poti ko kuch ho jata toh?(why do you give birth to kids when you can't take care of them, what is something happened to my granddaughter?)" even after so many years and even after seeing Khushi's goodness, dadi's inherent bitter nature hadn't changed much. To top of that, here she saw her own granddaughter lying in the hospital bed which made her more spiteful to both Arnav and khushi
