Q/N – for my lovely readers who often asked and patiently waited to read about this little munchkin of arshi's 🤗. Reiterating, Pari(Shriya) is an abnormal child, with speech disorder (Einstein syndrome specifically). She is not autistic, although some symptoms might be similar. These kids don't form full sentences until the age of 5 but they have excellent analytical thinking(its named after Einstein for a reason). So, let's peek in her mind 😊

Pls note Pari's thoughts are in bold and Italics.

She was trying to concentrate on the soft touch on her cheek and the sweet smell she could breathe in the air. She knew what that was, or rather who it was. Her ma! Like every day, her ma was here when it was time to open her eyes...she still didn't understand how and when she had closed them, but when she did it was dark outside and now it was all sunny.

But now she wanted to concentrate on her Maa...

"Good Morning mera Baccha" Khushi greeted her like every morning.

"Maa!" Pari said making khushi smile but she just stopped at that and kept looking at her neck

After spending 5 minutes to wake up Chiku and knowing it will be at least 15 minutes to wake up Arohi, Pari was her one baby who didn't trouble Khushi in this morning routine. On this note, Khushi gave another sloppy kiss to Pari.  At the back of her mind, she remembered their recent interaction with Pari's doctor and how his primary thought was she was probably autistic and how Arnav snapped at the poor doctor, almost shouting that his child wasn't such. His first reaction was understandable as any parent in their situation would probably not take the news lightly but Khushi knew whatever the case was, they will equally love and do everything for their angel baby too.

Pari, like always was staring at a place between Khushi's neck and chest, not really looking up. Khushi sighed for yet another day without getting more words out of her or her attention.

'I love it, ma's hair smell soo good. She is here to tell me to open my eyes, she says its morning. I don't understand how I close my eyes everyday when it is dark outside and then I open my eyes to see no-more-dark. I look at ma again and ma kisses above my eyes first, then on my nose and then my mouth. I love ma's kisses. Da's kisses too but he is no soft like ma (she calls arnav 'da' and khushi 'ma' for now and here she means his stubble picks her)'

Chiku hopefully had brushed his teeth by now and was in shower. Khushi looked towards the direction of the bathroom, which was attached to kids' room, so Pari followed her gaze. Pari calls him Chiku too, well in her mind!

'Chiku is in water room to clean up (she means he is in bathroom taking bath), ma went to help him but he said 'noo I am big boy now'. What is 'big boy?'. Da cleans me every day so I also say same? I look at my side. Aru is still closing her eyes (she means Aru is still sleeping). Ma came to us again and took Aru in her lap, Aru opened her eyes after long time. I want to go there again. If I close my eyes, will ma take me in her lap again?'

Just then Arnav came to the kids bedroom, going straight to his angel, his Pari. "good morning baby" he picked her and wished her, while kissing her soft cheeks. She was such a delicate doll! Pari went to him but kept looking at his cheeks with a frown.

'I want to say good morning too. I want to say Ma, da and Aru but what first?'

There were too many thoughts in her head and she didn't know what to do or say.
