Ashton's POV

"Your giving me anxiety." Kat says worriedly, her hands going out infront of her.

"Don't you trust me?" I say chuckling alittle as I continue to cover her eyes, shielding her from my surprise.

"...Well yeah I guess, but still..." She mumbles. I smile at her although she can't see me and guide her to her surprise.

I take my hands slowly off her eyes, watching her profile as her eyes slowly flutter open.

"....Ashton..." She gasps quietly, staring out at what I fixed up. I smile at her reaction, turning to my accomplishment.

It was simple. I had woke up an hour earlier than Kat, going to the park near my house and setting up a nice table at one of the lunch tables they had here.

I don't know why I did it, I just woke up with the random sensation to do something for Kat.... So I did this.

"Why?" Kat says confused, her feet begin walking around the semi-decorated table. I put my hands in my pockets, shrugging at her question.

"I don't know, I just felt like it..." I chuckle slightly and place my hand on the small of her back. "Shall we?"

She turns to me and lightly places a kiss to my cheek.

"I love waffles so that's why there's no pancakes.... I hope you like waffles." I chuckle, opening the basket that held the food I bought premade.

"I don't mind either." Kat chuckles quietly watching me intently as I continue to bring little bowls of food out: waffles, fruit, chocolate, whip creme, and sausage.

"Chocolate for breakfast?" Kat chuckles looking at the chocolate syrup in my hand.

"Yeah, don't worry it'll come out great, I'm a good cook." I wink at her and begin coating our waffles with all the decadents.

"I know you are... That steak Wednesday was great." She says beaming at me and I can't help but smile, thank god mum taught me how to cook.

"And voila!" I say after I coat the waffles in layers of whip creme, slices of fruit and chocolate syrup, sausage on the side.

"Looks tasty." Kat says grabbing the plate, examining what I'd like to call a masterpiece.

"Oh - can't forget the milk, it is breakfast." I say bringing out the individual milk bottles, one strawberry and one chocolate.

"I got you strawberry because I remember you said you only drink milk if it's strawberry." I say handing her the bottle. She stares at me in shock, maybe confusion.

"What?" I chuckle.

"N-Nothing." She shakes her head, her cheeks abnormally pink.

"Bon appetité." I say winking at her and with that we begin eating the waffles which in are in fact - amazing.
