Heroes Vs Villains

Kai POV

Me and Todoroki enter the building then carefully sweep each floor for the villains. When we get to the third floor something punches me across the face.

Todoroki: "You oaky?"

Kai: "Yeah, must've just bumped my head. It's kinda dark in here."

I get to my feet when again something punches my face.

Kai: "We've got an enemy."

Todoroki: "Where are they?"

Kai: "No clue, must be using some kind of cloaking quirk."

Todoroki: "I'll help."

Kai: "No, go after the bomb. If we both try to fight it'll just eat away at our time. I'll handle them."

He nods and heads off to get the bomb. Meanwhile I look around and think. I'm up against a person who can't be seen, great. Which means my eyes aren't gonna help me in this fight. I close my eyes and boost my other senses.

*with students* 

Man: "What's he doing closing his eyes? Isn't he gonna try to at least fight back?"

Deku: "Kai's up against an opponent he can't see. Luckily his quirk will allow him other ways to see them."

They all tilt their head when they look back at the screen.

*with Kai*

I stay completely still and just wait. My ear then picks up faint running. I take a sniff smelling something sweet drew near. I duck while feeling something go where my head was. I kick my leg taking out my opponent's leg. I hear a thud and smile, got them.

*with students* 

Uraraka: "I don't get it, what's going on?"

All Might presses a button which activates a thermal screen. This finally clues the students on what's going on.

All Might: "In case it's not clear, Kai is fighting a person with an invisibility quirk."

Iida: "That kinda doesn't seem fair."

All Might: "Remember when Kai closed his eyes?"

They nod.

All Might: "He's learned that his eyes won't help him. So he's using his boost quirk to heighten his sense of hearing and smell to find his opponent."

Momo: "Kinda smart."

Mina: "Guess he lucked out in terms of quirks."

Deku: "I'm sure Kai would find ways around any quirk. That's one of his specialties, overcoming obstacles."

*with Kai*

My opponent gets up and runs away. I sniff the air and lose their scent, they must've found something to mask it. I boost my hearing further and can hear four heartbeats. Two are close together, must be Todoroki and the other guy. Mine's calm but the last one isn't. It's erratic mostly likely in fear.

I focus on that beat and pin point it behind me. I face that direction and hear a small gasp. The heart beats faster as feet patter to the right. Their heart slows down as I hear them breath in. Footsteps rush from my right; they close in as I hold out my arm. I grab what feels like a neck and slam the body into the ground.

*with students* 

They all stare in amazement, he caught the invisible person.

Deku: "Way to go Kai!!!"

*with Kai*

The person releases their breath and their heart calms down. I open my eyes and smile. I take my hand away when I brush past something that releases a moan.

Kai: "Wait a second."

I reach forward with my finger out stretched. My finger hits something pointy which makes someone scream. What's clearly a hand slaps my face sending me into the wall.

Girl: "Pervert!!!!"

Kai: "You're a girl!?!?!"

Girl: "Obviously!!!!"

I think back and reach a horrifying conclusion.

Kai: "Why're you naked!?!?!?!"

Girl: "I have to be if I wanna be completely invisible!!!!"

Kai: *facepalms* "Stupid, why didn't I think about that?"

I put my hand down as I think of something. I then unzip my jacket and hold it out.

Kai: "Here, you must be cold without any clothes."

Girl: "T-thanks."

She zips up the jacket and sighs in relief. That's when we hear All Might's voice.

All Might: "Team B wins!"

Kai: "Guess that means it's over. Great job on fighting. You nearly had me."

Toru: "You weren't half bad yourself. I'm Toru Hagakure."

Kai: "Kai Midoriya. Suppose you should go and get your clothes. Just hand the jacket back when we get to the monitoring room."

Toru: "Will do. See you around Kai."

I nod and head to the monitoring room. When I get there I'm met with Deku.

Deku: "That was an awesome fight."

Kai: "Thanks, got kinda close though."

Deku: "No way, you had that match in the bag."

All Might: "Alright, next match is... team A vs team D."

I look at Deku to see him become nervous. I match his gaze to see him looking at his opponent, Bakugo.
