3RD PERSON

Walking in the house, both Jaden and Michael made their way to the kitchen, knowing that the girls would probably be there waiting.

"Hey guys."
"Good morning." They all greeted each other as Michael placed a bag on the table.

"Let's go eat this, it's still kinda warm."

After having breakfast, Michael and Celia wandered somewhere in the house. Lexi was going to do the laundry, leaving Nessa and Jaden alone.

"Ness, we gotta talk about it." Jaden stated. He was mad that Nessa never told him what was happening at their home.

She knew he'd do anything to help them out, but she was too scared and didn't know what would happen. Nor she knows now. Josh is one psychopath and you just can't predict his next move.

"Why didn't you ever tell me? Just- just why?"
"Because I just couldn't, Jaden. You don't know what he was doing to us. And besides that he was my only way I could get money and be able for my child to have clothes to wear and food to eat. And Celia was too young. Am I supposed to tell you, knowing what you would do, when I know my 10 year old kid would not understand it? Like, it's just complicated."

"But there's always a solution. Every problem can be solved. This way or another."
"I know. But it got worse since you apparently died. I mean, not that you were the cause of it, I just mean that Celia got older."
"What exactly was he doing?"
"Lots of things. Like really, too much. Tying us up, using fucking chains. Really, a lot."
"Goddammit Nessa. You need to move as far away from him as you can."
"I will."
"What if you guys move with us to Spain?" Lexi said as she walked in the living room.

"Wait, you guys are moving to Spain?"
"Yeah. We just told kids yesterday and then all of that happened."
"When?"
"In month or so. We don't know for sure yet."
"Woah, those are news."
"Yeah."
"I think C and I are going to go to my dad."
"But I thought you don't really talk to your dad?"
"Yeah, but I called him and he said he wants us to move with him because he wants to protect us. So we're gonna go there until I figure out everything."
"But you are more than welcome to stay here until it's time for us to move."
"I know."

3RD PERSON

It's been a week since Jaden and Lexi dropped the news. And since the accident with Josh.

Nessa and Celia moved away two days after everything happened and now they live with Nessa's father.

Neither of kids has yet reconciled with the fact that they are moving away on different continent, but they will eventually have to.

They have talked with their parents about everything, and they saw the house that Jaden and Lexi are in process of buying. It should all be done in a week, and then two weeks from this day they will finally finish packing their bags and get on plane to Madrid.

"Are we ready guys?"
"Yes!"

Today, they were all going to the beach, trying to enjoy their last two weeks of living in LA the best way they could.

Once they arrived at the beach, they got their bags out and found a nice spot in sand.

Josie took off her shirt and mid-thigh shorts, revealing her swimsuit.

She was too scared about the scars over her body, but they all are more than month old and are healing.

But Jaden hasn't seen them yet, nor did anyone seen them all except Lexi. She knew Michael and Mason wouldn't say anything, because they've already went through this before, but she was scared for Jaden's reaction.

She knew he wouldn't say anything, but she knew she will see the pain in his eyes if she makes eye contact with him, so in order not to feel even more bad about them, she just refused to make eye contact with her dad and left to water with Mason and Michael.

"Goddamn."
"I know babe. These are even good comparing to some moments in the past."
"But they didn't even look me in the eyes since we got here. Not even when we talked."
"I know, I noticed. What she is doing is that she is refusing to see pain in your eyes. So you somehow will need to play it off, just like I do every time too."
"Okay, I really don't fucking want to make my daughter uncomfortable."
"I know you don't."

It was not too long until Jaden and Lexi decided to go to water and join their kids.

It was soon that they all started playing, Josie getting more comfortable around Jaden.

"Okay guys, it's really time to go home." Lexi said as they were sitting on their towels for quite a bit while watching the sunset.

"Noohoo."
"Momma's right. Let's go guys." They all got ready and packed their stuff before heading to their car.

"My little girl." Jaden whispered as he pulled Josie in his side and held her tight, making her wrap her arms around him. He placed a kiss on top of her head before they split up so they'd get in the car.

I've been writing this chapter literally since 16th November and I finished it exactly 4 weeks later. Goddamn, it's a damn struggle. And it's awful. I'm sorry, I'm really trying to find my motivation :(
