Ch. 51

2 days later

I'm on my way to my doctor's appointment with Mrs. Coleman's OBGYN. Aaron, unfortunately, couldn't go with me because he has a really big soccer game that his coach wouldn't let him miss. I would have rescheduled the appointment, but the doctor is fully booked. I am really scared going by myself, but Mrs. Coleman told me everything I need to know. I get to the office and sit on the table. A nurse walks in and tells me what is going to happen. A few minutes later the OBGYN walks, "Everything is going to be fine, okay? I know it can be very scary, especially for your age. I am just going to do an ultrasound to check and look at the baby." I nod my head and take a deep breath as the OBGYN puts the cold gel stuff on my stomach. The OBGYN then says, "Okay I will be right back."

A few minutes later she come back and says, "I don't know how to tell you this, but you are not pregnant." "What?! I took a test and it said I was." "It must have been a false positive. I am so sorry." "But I didn't think false positives were a thing?" "Though they are very rare false positives do happen. Again, I am really sorry." I tear rolls down my cheek, I say thank you, grab my stuff, and leave. I get to my car and start to cry. "What do I do?" I then text Emma and Hailey.

Me- I just got out of the doctor.

Emma- And...

Me- I'm not pregnant. The doctor said it must have been a false positive. What do I do? What do I tell Aaron?

Hailey- OMG, I'm so sorry.

Emma- Tell Aaron when he gets back from the soccer game. You can come to my house and wait for him. Hailey you can come over too.

Me- Ok thanks.

Hailey- See y'all soon.

I start the car and head to Emma's. I am sitting at a stop light and when the light turns green I start to move. All of a sudden, I hear a crash and my vision goes black.
