58 - Regret

Todoroki's POV :

I woke up with a pounding headache, not remembering anything from the night before. I took out my phone.

10:00am?

Guess we're not going to school today either...

I went to get out of bed, but quickly hid back under the blanket.

Where the hell is my shirt?

My scars are totally exposed

Actually now that I think about it

Where the hell are like all my clothes???

Shit

I must've drank a lot of even I don't remember what happened

I looked around and picked up my clothes off the ground, getting dressed quickly. I picked up the bottle as well.

Empty

Shit

I finished getting dressed and looked over to Bakugo, shirtless as well--at least from what I could see.

Yeah he'll be out for awhile

I sighed.

Everyone should be gone by now

I need some coffee

Or tea

I left the room quietly and went downstairs to the kitchen. I walked to the coffee maker and turned it on to heat up the water. I cringed as I made my way over to the coffee grounds and filters.

My whole body is sore

Fuck

What the hell even happened

I wonder if maybe I fell

I finished making my coffee and sat down, drinking it black.

I hate black coffee

But I'm tired

Surprisingly, Bakugo came down the stairs and down into the kitchen.

"You're up earlier than I thought."

"Yeah. I guess."

"You look really pale."

"I just vomited twice." He sat across from me and laid his head down.

"You should probably drink water."

I stood up and got him a bottle of water, sliding it across the counter to him.

"Thanks." He took a drink and set it down.

A few seconds of awkward silence passed.

"So.... Do you remember anything?"

"No." I sighed.

He groaned and laid his head down again.

"I think I might've fallen though, I have a lot of bruises, and I'm really sore."

"That makes two of us. You didn't fall you idiot." He muttered.

"Oh. Wait what do you mean?"

"I'll explain later, I'm too tired for this. And frankly it's not a conversation I ever thought I'd be having with you but.... whatever I guess... it is what it is...."

I'm so confused

I finished my coffee and laid my head down.

"I say we just go back to sleep and sleep it off. Maybe I'll remember something later. I usually do."
