Before you read I want to make one thing clear.

I am in no way glamorizing the Italian Mafia, gangs, drug dealing, murder, theft, abuse, etc.

Although this is a romance book that involved the mafia in no way am I glamorizing it like in other books that are on this platform. As the author of the books I want y'all to understand that not everything is going to be "sunshine and lollipops" the illegal things that happen will have consequences like in the real world.

I KNOW that the mafia is real and I know that this isn't a good accurate representation of the mafia. I know that men involved in the mafia are not all hot and young like Wattpad portrays them to be (a lot of the men involved in the actually Italian mafia aren't that attractive and they are old enough to be our grandfathers and great grandfathers).

The characters that have gone through or are going to go through traumatic events. They are going to have trauma for obvious reasons. Not everyone is going to get away with committing crimes. Characters that do drugs and smoke are going to have the side effects of doing those drugs (for obvious reasons).

BASICALLY what I want y'all to understand is that I'm not trying to glamorize the mafia, gangs, murder, drugs, any illegal activities, abuse, etc.

I know this was very repetitive but I wanted to get my point across.

I would just like to say thank you for deciding to read my book it means a lot since I would like to be a published author one day. I would like to remind you that my writing isn't "perfect" so please just comment if you see any errors that I missed.

This is a mafia book and I will be doing research on the mafia so I will try to get some things on how they operate correctly. I already know that in the mafia "world" women aren't treated like queens like they are in the mafia books on Wattpad. So in my book, not everyone's relationship is going to be perfect. There is going to be some racism, misogyny, and a lot of other things shown in this book and I will put trigger warnings because mental health means a lot to me and I don't want to trigger anyone. The trigger warnings are listed below because if I put them in each chapter it would ruin the plot twist so please read at your own risk if these things trigger you.

Some of the general TWs (Trigger Warnings):

Violence (fighting, Domestic violence, etc.)

Vulgar language

Death

Sexual content (Open door & Closed-door)

etc.

I don't wanna sound harsh but this book is rated as mature for a reason so please read at your own risk. Every chapter isn't going to have a trigger warning if I did put trigger warnings on every chapter it would ruin the "plot twist" and in a way take away from the surprises and reactions you guys will have.

I already know that they are going to be racist/homophobic people that are going to be reading this book so please keep your opinion and comments to yourself because my book's comment section has no place for any negative comments.

I will do my best to have a lot of diversity in my book so please if anything with different religions or languages please let me know I love learning about new things.

Also If this book somehow lines up with a book from another author that is simply a coincidence I would never copy another author's book on purpose.

Also, this book will have mentions of the mafia but the focus of the book isn't on the mafia.
