we managed to get unstuck and Hatsume went off to prepare her gadgets for round 3 while I cleaned my Soul Gem with one of the Seeds, I took with me so I can use my Magic more in the last round
but as I walked to a food stand, I saw a few Heroes and one was trying to get free food, man she's weird just pay for it like everyone else, it's probably around 300 yen or something which isn't even a lot
when I got some food, I just ate it alone, but Todoroki approached me
Todoroki- Midoriya I would like to speak with you in private
Izuku- ok?

this is insane the Number 2 Hero doing this and Todoroki not using his full power because of a pledge he made
