minho hadn't had to wait long until the classroom began to fill.

now, there was just under half the class in the room with some students still arriving.
most people were sat at their friend's desks, catching up and talking about what they did over the weekend.

minho was glad won-jae and jisung didn't have any classes together. he could lie and say he wasn't jealous of won-jae being around jisung almost 24/7, but that wasn't the point.

"hey, min!"

he was quickly brought out his thoughts as he heard an energetic voice next to him.

jisung.

minho smiled as he sat down. "hey jisung, did you do anything fun over the weekend?"he watched as jisung slung his backpack off his shoulder and got out his notebook.

jisung began to write out the date and slumped back in his chair as he shook his head.

"not really," he replied with a sigh. "jae was out over the weekend and my parents wanted to spend some time with me now we're back to school after summer." he shrugged as he finished up writing.

minho nodded as he realised what that meant. 'no wonder jisung looked so cheerful that morning. nothing had been able to happen to him.'

he was about to reply when jisung suddenly turned to him in excitement.

"wait!" he smiled as he grabbed minho's arm. "actually there was this one thing i found." he let go of minho and shifted in his seat to face him completely.

jisungs eyes were sparkling as he began to explain a certain nature documentary he'd found over the weekend.

he'd fallen in love with the programme as he was fascinated by all the animals.

particularly the cheetahs.

"oh that sounds great!" minho smiled, his heart near bursting at how jisung's bubbly personality that he knew so well was back.

minho rubbed the back of his neck as he gave him a shy smile. "so erm, me and chan were thinking of inviting everyone back to our place tonight, would you wanna come?"

jisungs smile slightly faded as he clicked his tongue while tilting his head. "erm...i'm not sure if i can. jae's invited me over and i think we're going to someone's house party...i'm sorry, min." he replied with an apologetic smile.

minho knew he was starting to feel guilty.

"hey, it's no worries. i mean you know the invite is always there." minho bumped his shoulder lightly and they both turned their attention back to the front as the teacher had walked in, ready to begin the lesson.

the lesson hadn't been too demanding, there was now only ten minutes left and the teacher allowed the class to begin their work on their new assignments.
