chapter forty four

minho was first to wake up as he rubbed his eyes and took in his surroundings.

jisung's hands were still lazily placed around minho, though his grip had loosened as the night had progressed.

minho couldn't help but smile at how jisung looked as he was still fast asleep.

his attention turned to the clock as he let out a content sigh at the time they had before school would start.

still, he decided to wake himself up.

minho brought his hands either side of jisung's head as he slowly lifted himself up, causing the younger to stir as his arms slowly dropped from minhos back.

"morning," jisung smiled as he lifted his palms up to his eyes to rub them awake. "what time is it?"

"we've got like two hours before we need to get to school." minho responded. "plenty of time." he added as he slid of jisung and laid down on his back.

"thank fuck." jisung yawned. "honestly though, i could have slept all day like that." he laughed as he stretched. "i was so comfortable."

"i didn't crush you?" minho joked as he sat himself up.

"shock, right?" jisung teased back as minho threw a pillow at his body.

"what time do your parents leave for work of a morning?" minho asked as jisung sat up and blinked at him.

"i don't remember of a friday." he said in slight embarrassment. it had been so long since he had last been home of a morning.

"they might have left already." jisung continued. "but we're sorted for breakfast. they used to make me these smoothie bowls of a morning so there might be one in the fridge."

minho nodded before jisung stood up. "i'll grab you a change of clothes."

minho couldn't help but stare at how cute jisung looked as he walked over to his wardrobe, still lightly rubbing his eyes in an attempt to wake himself up.

he walked back in with spare boxer shorts, a pair of black cargo trousers, and a 'comme des garçons' t-shirt.

"i hope you don't mind it's all black." he smiled. "changbin actually bought me that shirt."

"i don't mind." minho replied. "also, do you wanna use the bathroom first? i'll get changed while you're out."

jisung nodded and gave him a smile before walking out to the bathroom.

as he was walking down, jisung took an interest of the pictures down the hall, having almost forgotten a few of them with it being that long since he'd stayed the night there.

he took extra care to stare at the last photo on the wall of the group in his living room. he outlined the frame with his finger before heading into the bathroom to get himself ready.

soon enough, minho heard a knock on the door and yelled for jisung to come in.

he walked in with his hair slightly wet and minho tried not to let his jaw drop as he looked at him.

jisung smoothed the hair from his forehead and turned to minho. "it's free for you now. i'll get changed and you can just meet me downstairs."

minho nodded in reply and headed for the door before jisung spoke again.

"oh and min?" jisung called with a smile. "you look really good in black."

minho was lost for words as jisung disappeared into his wardrobe. he gulped and quickly left for the bathroom as he tried to keep himself together.
