chan, minho, and jisung were now sat on the couch watching a documentary episode.
they knew it wouldn't solve all of jisung's problems. but, at least it was enough of a distraction to help him calm down.
the episode was all about big cats and jisung, who was sat between the two oldest, was once against infatuated with the cheetahs.
"they're all so pretty..." jisung awed as a tiger cub with bright eyes came onto the screen.
chan however had noticed minho staring at jisung's bandaged arm with a concerned expression. he subtly leant over and gave minho's arm a reassuring nudge.
minho returned a small smile before softly sighing and resting his back into the couch.
jisung heard him and turned round, holding a shy expression as minho knew what he wanted.
minho shuffled down a bit before opening up his arms. jisung happily crawled over and rested his head on minho's chest as his fingers brushed through his hair.
chan chuckled as he shook his head, "why is this such a reoccurring thing between you two?"
jisung smiled as he shrugged. "it just feels nice." he answered before turning around entirely and resting his head onto minho's shoulder.
minho couldn't help but smile as jisungs heartbeat was calm against his own. minho looked up to chan as he saw the teasing grin on his face.
chan patted minho's leg before standing up to get himself another drink of water.
minho turned his attention back to the screen as he was running his hands through jisung's hair while lightly rubbing his back.
as the episode continued, minho tried not to think about just how much jisung had gone through over the last couple of days.
his heart was pained at what he had gone through tonight. yet, he knew what had happened was for the best.
now, jisung wouldn't be treated so badly anymore.
minho was soon pulled out of his thoughts as chan returned to sit next to him.
chan stifled a laugh at the pair before placing his water down on the coffee table.
"what?" minho smiled as he had noticed chan's teasing grin.
"you know he's asleep right?" he answered as he pointed at jisung.
as minho looked down, sure enough jisung was asleep.
minho shook his head as he looked back at chan with a smirk. "honestly? you get your hair played with and it's like there's a sleep switch up there."
"i think it's more so the fact that jisung feels safest with you." chan leant back on the couch as he looked to minho. "think about it, min. just how many times has jisung managed to fall asleep with you?"
minho smoothed the hair back from jisung's forehead as he took note of his peaceful state.
"...yeah." he sighed. "i'm glad he got out of that house when he did. i always thought that jisung's mind was clearest when we was away from won-jae."
chan nodded with a sigh, "i know what you mean."
the pair then turned their attention back to the episode in a comfortable silence.
soon enough, as the show finished, the pair were fighting to keep their eyes open as the credits came onto the screen.
"ah it's a shame jisung missed that ending." chan yawned. "it was really sweet."
