faster than minho would have liked, it was now monday morning.

while deciding what to wear, minho smiled as he saw the 'comme des garçons' shirt jisung had given him and complimented him in.

that was the obvious choice.

"morning chan." minho smiled as he wandered into the kitchen.

"...oh hey min." chan replied, clearly anxious for the day ahead.

minho returned back from getting his pancakes as he sat opposite chan. "you alright?"

chan shrugged. "i'm nervous for today. dohyun told me he's driving jisung into school earlier than he normally would."

minho nodded in understanding, the group had been discussing their plan on the sunday while jisung was out with his parents.

they came to the conclusion that they weren't going to leave jisungs side. they were terrified what won-jae could do if he got even a second alone with jisung.

chan spoke up as he finished up his breakfast. "i'm planning on coming in through second period as i know you and changbin can walk him to his second lesson fine."

minho sighed as he swallowed a mouthful, "won-jae usually meets him outside his art class so they can see each other in the break between second and third."

"i'll be there min, don't worry." chan reassured as he gave minho's shoulder a small squeeze.

after walking in together from the car park, minho and changbin were now sat in their history classroom.

changbin had been taking every opportunity to tease minho, though minho made sure not to let slip the fact he and jisung had kissed.

their attention soon turned to the door as jisung sped to his seat, sitting down with a huff as the pair noticed he was out of breath.

"you okay, ji?" changbin quickly asked as jisung nodded while pushing his hair back.

"i thought i saw jae..." he panted. "but, it was just another 6'2 boy with black hair."

he laughed as he pulled out his notebook. "anyway i'm so glad it's nearly christmas. plus, the fact we don't have pe today, i only found out about fifteen minutes ago because i actually checked my emails for once."

minho rolled his eyes. "i texted you that this morning."

jisung looked at him confused. "no you didn't?"

changbin smirked at minho as he scowled and lifted out his phone to see their text conversation. in the message box was the text he had forgotten to send.

jisung suddenly heard his phone chime. he looked up to see minho giving him a knowing look.

"there." minho gestured. "i did text you this morning."

changbin couldn't help but laugh as the pair began a playful argument. he was certainly happy to see minho so relaxed.

"so jisung, what you planning to do for third?" he asked after jisung had, of course, won the argument.

the younger shrugged, "i was going to ask minho if he wanted to finish our last literature assignment. it's due in the holidays but i'd rather get it out the way now."

"i'd be happy to." minho nodded before tilting his head in thought. "but i think jeongin has my notes so i'll need to get them first."

"that's alright..." jisung lifted a finger as he handed minho a book from his back. changbin laughed as minho realised what he was holding.

"i already gave jeongin my notes so," jisung innocently smiled. "...there's your notes back."

"well," changbin shrugged with a teasing grin. "jeongin did say jisung was smarter than you."

"fuck off." minho rolled his eyes as he hit changbin with his book, deciding not to give the same treatment to the blonde.

****
jisung and minho were now sat in the library. they had managed to avoid won-jae so far, yet were surprised he hadn't even attempted to contact or meet jisung.

"stop staring at me like that." jisung mumbled as he saw minho out the corner of his eye looking over him with a smile.

"am i annoying you?" minho sighed as he leant closer to jisung. "am i stopping you from doing your work?"

"no..." jisung rolled his eyes as he held minho's chin in his hand and lightly shook his face. "but, you are distracting me." he smiled before turning back to his finished work.

minhos own smile slowly faded as he realised the time on the library's clock, "you ready to go to lunch in five minutes?"

jisung felt his body tense. he sent off his work before closing his laptop, "i guess so..." he mumbled. "i can't exactly avoid it."

minho nodded and reached forward to hold his hand, "we'll be right there with you, jisung."

jisung smiled, taking his hand out of minho's as he pointed to minhos computer.

"see that?" jisung asked, minho smiled at him as jisung had gestured to the save icon. "show me you know how to use it."

minho rolled his eyes as he playfully moved his mouse around the icon without clicking it.

he suddenly froze as he felt jisung's hand on his thigh.

"save it." jisung deadpanned.

minho swallowed hard before pressing save, hearing a small chuckle from the boy next to him as he began to pack up his backpack.

"thank you~" jisung teased as he slowly stood up from his chair.

minho pushed all thoughts to the back of his mind as he began to pack up his own backpack.

now was not a time to get flustered.

now was time to face jisung's ex boyfriend.
