changbin and minho were currently sat in their history class.

they had been anxiously waiting for jisung to enter the class, he was normally one of the first people in after changbin and minho.

however, the time before the lesson would start was now nearing and there was still no sign of jisung.

"bin i don't like this at all" minho was visibly on edge.

changbin placed a hand on his shoulder giving him a stern look, "minho..."

the younger was stuck, he couldn't tell minho to get over himself as he was feeling the exact same level of nerves.

"maybe him and won-jae are just getting back late?"

minho knew changbin's tone wasn't convincing. hell, changbin hadn't even convinced himself.

suddenly they both heard the last person coming into class, the teacher gave the boy a nod and began his lesson.

jisung walked over to his seat keeping his head down, not looking at either of his friends.

he sat down at the back behind minho and changbin, keeping his hood up as he crouched down to the floor to get out his notebook.

changbin caught minho's eye and both of them immediately knew something had happened.

"ji...?" changbin quietly asked.

jisung only hummed in response as he didn't lift his head, he was clearly hoping his friends would turn back to the front.

"jisung please look at me." changbin said softly, they watched jisung freeze before he lifted his notebook onto the table and slowly brought his body up from under the table.

changbin and minho tired to hold back their shock.

jisung kept his eyes down but it was clear he had been crying, there were tears stained on his cheek accompanied by a huge red mark across his face

he'd obviously been hit while he was out.

"...jisung." changbin whispered. he reached out his hand to rest on the table, jisung squeezed it lightly before putting both his hands into his pocket.

'please don't get angry with me, it was my fault and i don't want to talk about it...it's nothing' jisung whispered, his voice barely audible

thankfully the teacher had now turned off the lights to show a powerpoint presentation, jisung took off his hood and leant forward on the table.

"are...are you still going out with him tonight?" minho asked with obvious concern.

changbin undetectably placed a hand on minho's leg, he knew the older was hurting.

jisung finally looked up at them, minho saw the sadness in his eyes and his stomach turned.

"of course i am, jae apologised before i got here...plus he's set on going out tonight and i'm going with him." jisung shrugged.

jisung looked between them and noticed they both look unconvinced.

he ran a hand through his hair and leant down on his elbow, he spoke in a hushed voice.

"look, we got into a fight in the car, doesn't matter what about, but when we pulled up i felt really bad for causing it... i closed my eyes and opened the car door so i could walk round to apologise..."

he quietly cleared his throat and brushed the back of his hand along his cheeks in an attempt to dry his tears.

"b-but when i opened the door...jae was already planning to open it for me and well..."
