minho suddenly woke up to chan banging on his door.

"lee minho! your waffle is getting cold and i'm not about to reheat it."

minho rolled his eyes as he heard his alarm go off.

"that's the fourth time now and it's driving me crazy. turn it off and come downstairs." chan finished and walked himself back down to the kitchen.

minho stretched before bringing himself up to a sitting position, still fairly tired from the night before.

after pulling on a navy blue crew neck and smoothing it out over his light blue jeans, minho looked over his hair.

he styled it off of his forehead and gave his reflection a small nod as he was pleased with how it had co-operated.

"sorry chan," minho sighed as he finally walked into the kitchen, "that second movie really tired me out last night, thanks for breakfast."

he began to tuck into his waffle as chan gently shook his head. "it's alright, i'm glad you enjoyed yesterday. plus, jisung seemed really happy." he watched minho give him a light smile in return.

chan leant forward and grinned, "just think, in less than 2 weeks we'll be off for autumn break and you will be making me breakfast."

minho playfully rolled his eyes as he chuckled. "yeah whatever."

"oh yeah, you remember that documentary jisung mentioned yesterday?" chan began as minho nodded, shovelling a forkful into his mouth.

"i think i might give it a go, i'm always looking for new things to watch." he glanced up at their clock on the wall and pointed down to minhos plate, "i'll talk to you about it another time, right now you need to hurry up otherwise you'll be late."

minho had only nodded and began to hurry to finish his breakfast.

after no more than 15 minutes he was pulling up into the school's car park.

"bin!" minho smiled as he saw him in his usual spot, only this time someone else was with him. "changbin drive you in lix?"

felix looked up at minho and nodded. "yep, my sister said if i came home i'd wake everyone up so binnie let me stay with him."

minho smiled as changbin turned to him. "i'm glad you asked us to come yesterday min, plus jisung seemed to have a lot of fun."

felix trailed his hand along his boyfriends arm as he nodded in agreement. "seriously! he was smiling so much when he came down from your room, what did you do!?"

minho shyly smiled and rubbed the back of his neck.
"i er, i showed him the finished star ceiling, you remember the project we came up with almost a year ago?"

felix lifted up his other hand to his mouth as he felt his heart swell. "minnn!!" he squealed, before quickly turning to his boyfriend. "why can't we do that!?"

changbin was about to reply when felix nudged him, bringing their attention to the car park.

as minho looked over, jisung stepped out of his boyfriend's porsche after won-jae had opened his door for him.

jisung reached up and gave his boyfriend a light kiss as won-jae smoothed his hair back, softly cupping jisung's face in his hands.

they soon began to walk in the building together, having what looked like a pleasant conversation.

"i'm glad he looks so happy." felix sighed as minho noticed jisung's eyes had been sparkling.

"yeah...he must have seriously missed not having won-jae drive him in and take him home." minho replied in a small voice.

changbin just looked at the sleek black porsche. "i wonder why he's not in his usual car?"

minho couldn't care less.

"anyway, you have literature first right min?" felix asked as he watched minho nod, the blonde took a quick glance at his phone.

"we've only got ten minutes so let's meet the others quick." felix suggested as he lightly patted minho's shoulder.

with that, the three of them were on their way into the building.

when minho walked into his classroom, he was surprised to see he wasn't the first one there.

jisung was sat at his desk in the otherwise empty classroom as he looked out the window while twirling his pen.

the younger was wearing a pair of beige jeans with a light blue shirt peaking out over a navy blue sweatshirt.

his hair had clearly not been styled but somehow still managed to fall into its usual perfectly-framing fluffy state.

"hey jisung, you look really good today." minho said as he sat down.

jisung brought his attention away from the window and gave him a light smirk. "are you saying i don't look good everyday?"

minho looked at his smirk, how could jisung be so hot but so cute at the same time?

jisung nudged him slightly and ran a hand through his own hair smiling. "kidding of course," he held out his shirt and looked over himself, "at jae's i rediscovered some clothes i'd forgotten about- i quite like how this turned out."

minho finished getting out his notebook and leant his back against the chair. "so...how was he last night?" he asked with hidden disinterest. "i'm assuming he was feeling okay for you to stay over?"

jisung nodded, "jae was fine, he just needed to sleep, he was so relieved to see me though..."

minho raised an eyebrow as he noticed jisungs expression had slightly dampened. "relieved?"

jisung turned to him. "well yeah, my phone died as i was walking to his house and because i arrived later than i'd said. i just felt so guilty as he was worrying about me."

he rested his chin on his knuckles as he turned to see the classroom filling up.

minho was more than aware of how won-jae could easily manipulate jisung to feel guilty. it was one of the reasons why jisung hated hearing his friends or anyone else say they were worried about him.

it was also one of the reasons why chan and changbin had told everyone not to voice their opinions or concerns to jisung. if he was made aware of how much his friends worried about him, they could guarantee jisung would feel like even more of a burden than usual.

"you shouldn't feel guilty though ji-"

jisung only waved his hand as he shook his head
"-i know min."

he attempted a smile and reached over to squeeze minhos hand. minho felt butterflies in his stomach at how soft jisung's touch was.

jisung let go and reached down into his bag as he pulled out their reading book. "i skipped ahead a few chapters in reading as jae's taking me on a date..."

'that explains the porsche' minho thought.

"...so i'm pretty much just waiting for you to beg for my help in this lesson." jisung teased as he playfully shook his shoulders.

even though minho had started the day feeling concerned about jisung, he quickly relaxed as jisung was acting like his usual bubbly self.

at lunch jisung was talking a lot and was very much in high spirits to everyone's delight.

minho just hoped that autumn break wouldn't consist of won-jae dragging jisung to a party every night.

what he and the rest of the group didn't know however, was that fate had other plans.

plans they would only find out about, on the last day of term.
