the gang ended up going to richmond and killed a vampire that was at a dentist killing people.
enzo could tell may had been acting differently ever since he told her about the pills.
on new year's eve, enzo poured himself and may a glass of wine. he told her to dress up nicely since he had made dinner for them.
may put on the first dress she could find and she did her hair a little. she entered the living room which had been completely transformed.
"wow." she said with a smile.
she looked at all the lights that were put up and the dinner that was set up on the table. she looked at enzo who was dressed in a suit.
"i thought you deserved a proper celebration." enzo said as they smiled at each other.
the two of them sat down and had dinner together, exchanging stories as they ate.
after they finished eating, enzo put on a record that played classical music.
enzo stood up from the table and held his hand out in front of her.
"may i have this dance?" enzo asked her making her smile.
"of course." may replied before he brought her to the middle of the room.
he had one hand on the small of her back while the other held hers. they were dancing and she saw enzo smiling at her.
"what?" may asked with a laugh.
"you're the most beautiful woman i've ever met." enzo said before he dipped.
she came back up, both of their faces were close together. she felt him pulling her closer before their lips finally met.

damon had called stefan for help with the vampires. him and alaric teamed up to make it go faster.
enzo, damon, may and bonnie were out killing a bunch of vampires and during one of their stops, alex had tracked down enzo.
she didn't know where may and bonnie were and he wasn't going to tell her.
she wanted bonnie to open up a vault because her sister was trapped inside.
while damon was getting bonnie and may away from alex, they noticed that they were both beginning to get scabs on their hands.
after telling enzo about it, he told them they only had about a week to live.
after new years, may and enzo were sitting on the couch and he was playing the guitar for her.
she gently took the guitar away from him and got in his lap, kissing him. their kisses were getting more and more intense and then they vamped to the bedroom.
when enzo finally met back up with may, bonnie and damon, he ran up to may, kissing her.
"your hand." enzo said examining the scab on her hand.
"i'm okay, i'm not feeling the best but, i'm okay." may told him.
they were interrupted by rayna's new mission. they went to a house where some vampires were feeding on a dinner party.
