Chapter 9 - Mugen Train

Loop received a mission, it was to accompany Kyojuro Rengoku on the mugen train, Beerus, Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke were to join. They parted ways with the group from the butterfly estate.

They tried entering the train but were stopped by the police, they managed to escape. The train was leaving and they hadn't boarded yet, Loop instantly dashed towards the train. Beerus and the others followed behind, they all got on the back except Zenitsu.

Zenitsu held his hand out, Beerus grabbed it and pulled him up before letting out a sigh of relief. Loop stood up and opened the door to the cart, everyone who was seated looked back, it was quite a strange site. Loop walked in and open the door to the next cart, Inosuke was distracted by the high speed the train was moving, Zenitsu was trying to pull Inosuke away, Tanjiro was talking to a lady and Beerus was following closely behind.

[Rengoku] - UMAI! UMAI! UMAI! -
[Loop] Loop walked over to his seat, he rested his arm on the top of the seat. - Well, you seem to be enjoying yourself! -
[Rengoku] - Oh! It is you! Loop Tsugikuni. The new hashira, take a seat. - he patted the seat next to him.

Loop smiled and took a seat next to him, they were discussing the situation of the mission, meanwhile Tanjiro sat down beside Nezuko in the row right behind the hashira, Inosuke sat beside Zenitsu beside the hashira and Beerus sat beside Kamanue at the front of the cart.

[Beerus] - I wish it was raining... I like the sound of rain hitting against the roof... -
(Kamanue) - Weirdo... -
[Beerus] He sighed before looking out the window next to him. - I hope we don't have to fight, i just want to enjoy the train ride... -
[Kamanue] - Heh... me too. It's been a pain, constantly fighting. -
[Beerus] - Yeah. You're right. -
[Kamanue] - What better way to rest than a train ride? -
Beerus fell asleep.
[Kamanue] - Wow, really? Just gonna fall asleep like that? -
(Kamanue) - Huh...? The others have gone silent aswell... A blood demon art? Wait no- Loop is asleep too!? What is this...? -

They all seemed to just have fallen asleep, Kamanue heard someone open the door to the cart so he hid in his box.

-Loop's Dream-

Loop woke up, he was sat in his futon, drenched with sweat. He looked around, the place was incredibly familiar but he couldn't remember where it was from. He stood up and grabbed his katana that was leaning against the wall, he noticed his scabbard wasn't there and the sword wasn't purple.

He opened the sliding door and saw someone sat down in the middle of the room, he was doing something. He was wearing a light pink haori, he also had a katana layed next to him.

[Feminine voice] - Oh look who's awake! -
Loop looked to his right to see a woman, she was oddly familiar, she was wearing a pink kimono and had long black hair.
[Masculine voice] - You're up late... -
[Feminine voice] - Oh don't be so harsh on him! You know all this training is a pain. -
[Loop] - W-what's happening...? I feel shorter... -
[Feminine voice] - What? You're not an inch taller, nor an inch shorter than you were yesterday. You have been acting strange... Do you have a fever? Explains why you were up late... See! I told you to not have him training during winter! -
[Masculine voice] - Tch- It's tradition. I had to do it too, the boy can't have it easy. -
[Feminine voice] - Well... anyways, i made you guys some udon! -
(Loop) - That smell, its familiar... It's not normal udon... But who are these people? Why are the so familiar...? -
[Masculine voice] - Loop, eat your food, it'll get cold. -
(Loop) - Huh!? Who are these people!? Im confused... -
[Feminine voice] - Oh have you heard? -
[Masculine voice] - What? -
[Feminine voice] - There is a strange swordsman around this area. Apparently he has six eyes! -
[Masculine voice] - Don't be ridiculous! You're gonna scare the boy from going outside. - he chuckled.
[Feminine voice] - Well Loop, what do you think? -
[Loop] - Six eyes... Kokushibo? -
[Feminine voice] - Kokoshibu? What's that? A name? An expression? -
[Masculine voice] - Kids these days... God i wonder what the future might be like. -
[Loop] - I- I don't remember anything... -
[Masculine voice] - That excuse wont work on me, i used it too when i was your age. Your sword training is important, you don't want to end up being a swordsmith in this industry. -
[Feminine voice] - My dads a swordsmith. -
[Masculine voice] - Calm down, i was just joking around. -
[Loop] - Well... I'll head out for "training". -
[Masculine voice] - Good luck and don't go too far! -
[Loop] - Thanks dad. -
(Loop) - Wait- that's it- He's my dad! But no- Kokushibo is... No. I was forced to become a demon by Kokushibo after he killed my dad... Well... -
