The era of demons - kny selfinsert story -

Chapter 3 - Moon battle.

The demon punched Beerus in the chest, he fell off the side of the mountain and was rolling down. He noticed water down below, another slayer appeared. He kicked the demon down the mountain aswell.

The demon hit its head and fell into Beerus' arms, Beerus lost grip of his sword as the demon bit his arm. He threw the demon off of him and they landed on a ledge. Beerus grabbed his sword and rushed the demon, the other slayer was attacked by another demon, he kicked that demon away and they started fighting.

Beerus was left with this demon, the demon rushed Beerus who wasn't quick enough to hit the demon. It landed behind Beerus and was ready to take his head off. The demon stopped and a tear dripped from its eye.

[Demon] - You remind me of him... I- i cant kill you... -
[Beerus] - Who..? -
[Demon] - Save me from, that man, i just want to see my brother again... -
[Beerus] - That man... OH- Muzan! I see, but help me beat him first! Once i reunite with Tanjiro we can find that lady he told me about... -
[Demon] - I don't know if i can but ill try... What is your name? -
[Beerus] - Beerus, what is yours? -
[Demon] - Kamanue. -
(Beerus) - I think he is tricking me, how could a demon switch just like that... -

Beerus grabbed Kamanue by the hand and took him up the mountain, Loop found him. He questioned Beerus on how he could trust a demon just like that. Beerus assured him Kamanue wouldnt eat anymore humans, but Loop still didnt believe him. They were wandering about on the mountain with Kamanue hiding under a black cloak. Beerus was attacked by a demon, he took its head off but the demon still sliced Loops arm. Beerus turned around but the wound was gone, Beerus didnt feel right.

Loop had left to slay some more demons while Beerus took a rest.
[Kamanue] - He's a demon... -
[Beerus] - No he's not, he's like a brother to me. I would know that, plus he can walk in the sun. -
[Kamanue] - Then he's a hybrid. I dont know how, but that's what he is. -
[Beerus] - Don't try to get me to turn on him. You're lucky i brought you along and didn't kill you when i had the chance. -
[Kamanue] - You're just like my brother... -

Beerus and Kamanue went on a search for demons. If Beerus wanted to get stronger than Loop he knew he had to get a whole lot stronger. Later that night a demon attacked Kamanue, the demon was visibly mad. His eyes were similar to Kamanue's, a little too similar. Beerus had noticed that the demon tore his eyes out and replaced them with Kamanue's, but when Kamanue's eyes regenerated the number was gone. This new demon's eyes started to change to its original colour but keeping the number.

[Demon] - My Lord has appointed me as the new lower moon 6 since you want to turn on him like that. Why don't i take you and your little buddy here to his palace? -
[Beerus] - Shut up you scum. -
[Demon] - Oh a sassy little bitch? I might just kill you right here and now... -

Kamanue bit the demon on the neck and kicked him aside, the demon stood up and finger gunned Beerus. There was a moment of awkward silence before a small bullet sized hole appearsd in Beerus' chest, blood dripped down his uniform and onto the floor. The demon had an evil grin plastered on his face, it looked like he was drooling at the first sight of human blood.

Beerus unsheathed his sword and mumbled some words, the demon avoided the five slices.
[Demon] - Thunder breathing huh? I've killed at least a couple of you guys. -
Beerus was angered and rushed the demon, he went to jab but the demon grabbed his blade and flipped Beerus over his shoulder.

Spikes came out of the ground below Beerus, they were large enough to go straight through him. He maneuvered his body to avoid the spike, just after that around 50 little spikes pricked up from out of the ground, but Beerus managed to stand up and avoid them. The spikes were attached to a vine that was pulled out of the ground swung at Beerus, he dodged the attack and rushed the demon.
(Kamanue) - Unbelievable... he's atleast Tsuchinoe level, and he's only a Mizunoe. I can see that bastards son is atleast Kanoe level... -

Beerus sliced the vine in half as the demon let his guard down, with this Beerus spotted an opening. In one foul swoop the demons arm was gone, the demon grunted and the grin was gone. Beerus sliced him in half and pinned his body to the floor. The demon glared at him before Kamanue crushed the demons head, Kamanue's blood was boiling, he began stomping the demon. Beerus stopped him and put an end to the demon. Tanjiro arrived and Kamanue hid behind Beerus, Loop shortly after.

[Tanjiro] - Uhh... who's that? -
(Tanjiro) - A demon...!? Im not one to complain but this guy... He's atleast killed over 10 people... But why is he cowering behind Beerus?? -
[Beerus] - This is Kamanue. He's... just a friend, he comes from a nearby town... I'll have to escort him today. -
[Tanjiro] - He's a demon. -
(Tanjiro) - Loop also has a similar scent, but he  can walk in the sun. Maybe he's killed many demons... -
[Beerus] - What!? He's a childhood friend. -
[Tanjiro] - You told me you didn't have any friends as a child, i just want to know why you're travelling with a demon. -
[Kamanue] - What about the one in the box? -
[Tanjiro] - How do you- She's my sister... She's never killed a human in her life. -
[Kamanue] - So you're the boy with the hanafunda earings... -
[Tanjiro] - So my name has been spread?
[Kamanue] - That man told me about you.
(Tanjiro) - He probably has close relations to Muzan, he isn't one of the twelve kizuki... and killing him will upset Beerus and he'll probably try to kill me too... No... He wouldn't, he was probably won over with a few words... I guess i'll find out... But i can't- -
