Pdv Kira :

She runs to her daughter but Daryl catches her, no one moves, no one wants to kill her. I spent all my time in this forest believing it, looking for it when she was there all this time... right next to us.

My father comes forward Python in hand, he stops right in front of her, points the python at Sophia's head and shoots.

Sophia falls to the ground with a thud. I glance at Carol, she pushes Daryl away and runs towards the RV.

Me: Carol!

I take my kunaï which had fallen on the ground and run in the direction of the camper. When I come home, I see her sitting on the bench. I sit in front of her.
For several minutes we say nothing, Daryl silently enters the camper, he looks at me before sitting down on the kitchen cabinet.
My mother interrupts this silence by entering.

Lori: They're ready. Come on come on.

Carol: Why?

Daryl: Because she's your daughter.

Carole: Nah, she's not my daughter, she's another...creature.

Me: Carol....

Carole: Nan my Sophia was alone in the forest. All this time I thought that... But nah Sophia died a long time ago...

Daryl, my mom and I get out of the RV and go to the funeral.

Finally the funeral so to speak, we just stand 5 minutes in front of Sophia's grave without saying anything.

1 hour has passed since Sophia's funeral, and Dale has just told me with Glenn that Herschel can't be found and that we'll have to go look for him in town.

Dale: Well watch out, you understand?

Glenn&me: Yes I promise.

Dale hugs us. I then say goodbye to my mother and Carl before getting into the car. The trip is done in a good mood.

Glenn: Maggie told me she loved me. She was insincere. Frankly, she can't. No one else told me he loved me except my mother and my sister.

Me: Well my little Chinese know that I love you.

Glenn and my dad laughed.

Glenn: Well me too my little ninja.

We laugh even more.

Glenn: Uh it stays between us doesn't it.

Rick: Yes, don't worry. Here it is.

We get out of the car and head to the bar.

Pdv Daryl

I slipped away much further than the farm. I am fed up with all that. I want to be quiet but in my opinion it's much too much to ask for that Mrs. Lori is coming back.

Lori: Beth is in a catatonic state. We need Herschel.

Daryl: Yeah so what?!

I answer a bit nastily but that's the goal I'm fed up with trying to bring everyone back.

Lori: I need you to go to town to get them, him, Rick and...

She stops and bites her lip. What's wrong with her ? And ? And what ?

Lori: And my daughter. You have to bring my daughter back.

Damn it's not true what a mess she is in again fucking stuff. Roh and then shit it's not my fucking problem. I don't care what can happen to him.

Daryl: I don't give a fuck!

Lori: Why are you so selfish?!

Selfish, she doesn't care about my face, Madame who gives orders!

Daryl: Nah but I'm hallucinating I went to get this kid every day so don't come and tell me I don't do anything for others! You just have to go find these morons yourself!

She leaves without saying anything. Rick and Kira are old enough to fend for themselves. They don't need me!

POV Kira

We enter this famous bar where we find Herschel drinking. That's what I feared, since I threw his flask of alcohol, it was sure he was going to end up in a bar.

Rick: Herschel? Come, let's go home.

Herschel: I was stupid.

He was about to refill alcohol when I took the bottle on the fly.

Me: Alright, that's enough. Put that shit on me. What is the problem. Is it drunk until you die?!

Herschel: You have nothing to say to me!

Rick: You know what in the end it's not what you think that matters what matters is them.

Herschel: I was completely oblivious! I put my daughters' lives at risk for these things! I really believed that we could save them, I believed in it as hard as doing.

Me: And you realized that right? That's the most important thing, you managed to understand. So now grandpa, you're going to get up, come in this car and come home with us!

Herschel looks at me and smiles at me.

Herschel: Rick?

Rick: Yes Herschel?

Herschel: You made a very, very good girl.

My father turns his head towards me and smiles at me.

Rick: Thank you Herschel.

I smile at my father and at Herschel.

Me: Come on now let's go home.

We were about to leave when the front door slammed and two people entered the bar. I don't feel this story.
