Hectic yells and cries coming from all around. One person was running left while the other right. That's how studios were always like. Despite what one would see before the camera, behind it would be as chaotic as a discord formed from human stress and worry.
And Yibo was in the middle of it.
At the moment he was getting his make-up done by the crew while the rest prepared for the photoshoot. It was for an advertisement for a product he had never seen or used before, but it was from a popular brand, so he had taken the money for it without question.

"Woah! You have such perfect eyebrows.. i wish mine were like that.." the makeup artist commented, making Yibo scoff at her remark. "A woman with a man's eyebrows? That'd be horrible."
The others laughed in enjoyment. "But i must say- you seem rather serious today. Has it been hectic?"
Yibo shrugged carefully without shaking his head and looked at himself on the mirror. "You could say that."
He had known the crew every since he had debuted, so they were on good terms. Chatting was enjoyable despite their unnecessary commentary at times. But they were a in-bussiness(company) "family" so he was nice to them neverthless.

"Oh right! I forgot to say! Did you hear that Cheng was asking for you on an interview?" Yibo raised his eyebrow, clueless. "Cheng? I know no such person."
One of the girls took out their phone and showed a picture of him. And that is when he remembered.

Zhou Cheng. He had once played in a drama with him but was never able to get along because of his horrible personality. He was a pain to put up with. "Why was he asking for me?" The staff didn't seem to know the clear answer to that either. "Well... he seemed to want to meet up with you but... he wasn't so clear about it as he spoke."

"Just don't take him seriously! He's such a rascal!"
Yibo couldn't agree more as he stood up with a shake of his head. "Whatever." He decided to not care. Such people were useless to his attention, undeserving of it. Instead, he focused on his work as usual. Well, that is until someone came in with a huge box of tea.

"Look at who it is!! It's me!"
Yibo could only guess who that voice belonged to with a loud sigh. "Speak of the devil..."

"Oooh~ who do we have here? Wang Yibo in the flesh?" His appereance was nothing more than a nuisance, making him irk his face. "What do you know, we were just talking about you."
Cheng laughed with a pat on his shoulder. "Really? I must be quiet famous then!"
But Yibo rolled his eyes and brushed his hand off, seeming uninterested. "Annoying would be the right word."

"Ah.. still as cruel as ever." Yibo glared. "Still as annoying as ever too." Cheng frowned back, which later turned into a smile. "Say... how is Zhan-ge doing lately? Is he obedient?"

Yibo's mood couldn't've gotten worse than that. Upon his mention his body stiffened and hands clenched. He had to go to that bar tonight, so dealing with more trouble was just tiresome. He really did not want to put up with him. And the fuck did he mean by "obedient"??

Soon, someone came to take the box of tea out of his hands and gave them out to the staff.

"Talk properly." Cheng raised an eyebrow. "Really? But i am! Just because you want to keep him to yourself doesn't mean that we all won't get a taste.."
Yibo's eye twitched as he continued to give him death stares. He wanted to punch him right there and then but instead grabbed him by the collar and pulled his face down. "What the hell is that supposed to mean? I said talk properly you ass-"

Cheng smiled, shaking his finger before his eyes. "Uh-uh... now, is that a way to treat a rival?" Yibo simply scoffed. "You're not even deserved to be called by such a title, don't flatter yourself you low-life."
