89-Parting To Be Together Once More

A boring day was all that was today.

He woke up, brushed his teeth, ate some breakfast before doing his face care routine, and then went out to meet up with some friends. It was nothing out of the ordinary at all. 

In the later hours of the day the company reminded him to pay a visit to the doctor to get his yearly check-up, and to assure that his health was in top-notch condition. So he went and got himself examined. The doctor did various tests on his body until the x-ray came. 

He wasn't sure if it was the radiation that played with his mind or the weird white tube at sight, but his memory of that night was suddenly back causing him to sit up in shock, only to hit his head against the top. 

The doctor and the nurse looked at each other in concern while Zixin slid out and ran to put his clothes on. "UH- I have healthy bones, fuck that!" With that, he rushed out and called Zhan to get the address he needed. And unlike Yibo, he told him of it a second into the conversation. 

An hour or so later, he arrived at the bar in question and slammed the counter in shock. "You sexually assaulted me that night!" 

Hu Li looked at him with raised brows while some of the costumers smirked as though what they were seeing was fun. "That was hardly an assault given your consent-" 

"I was drunk! You can't take a drunk seriously!" Hu Li shook his head. "I was expecting more anger from you, after hearing how people described you with anger issues." Zixin groaned as he took a seat and covered his face. "I'm too ashamed to be angry... ughh... can't believe I let a man defile me." 

Hu Li smiled, now pouring him a glass of cocktail which he had just prepared. "There is nothing to be ashamed of in feeling pleasure. And the gender hardly matters after you confession that night." 

Zixin parted his fingers, enough to peek with one eye. "What confession... w-what did I say??" Hu Li pushed the glass towards him and leaned forward to whisper. "That you had fallen for a man... and you still haven't told me who." 

Zixin made an unreadable face, his pupils almost shivering. "Don't tell me it's Yibo or-" Zixin sighed. "It's not him... it's..." He then glanced at Hu Li and frowned. "It's none of your concern! Just take your drink back- I'm out of here.." 

With that he stood up to leave. "Why did you really come here for? I doubt that it was just to yell at me for what I did.." Zixin looked down and swallowed, to which Hu Li smirked at. "Don't tell me it was because you want more-" The younger quickly turned around and pressed his hand over his mouth. "As if! Don't say such absurd things...." 

Hu Li gave him a look and slowly pushed his hand down over his neck. "You are inexperienced yet curious. What is holding you back is either your pride or..." He then seductively looked at his lips, making Zixin's expression turn unreadable. "...your feelings for that man you have a crush on." 

"..." 

Hu Li chuckled. "So it's the latter. You know, there is nothing wrong with experimenting before being in a proper relationship. No one is allowed to say anything concerning how or when to use your desires, as it is only human. There is no such thing as having a used body either, it's only the narrow-minded who think that, which is just simpleminded enough to ignore." 

Zixin shook his head, his eyes now sad. "I know that. I'm not an idiot." Hu Li parted his lips. "I know that. But sometimes it's good to hear things you already know of. Just as a reminder." Zixin then sighed and pulled his arm back before chugging the cocktail he had previously prepared. "I'm going."
