Red but dark, a colour of warmth yet not. A room such as this was colder than any ice combined, even the sight enough to make one shiver like the dead.
If Zhan had seen this before, he would've been thrilled to get in and check it out, yet now, that place just felt too foreign to even enter. His big eyes stared through the dark wooden door, catching a glimpse of the ropes, whips and everything else in store to be used on him. But the more he looked, the more his disinterest grew.
"I thought you liked these things. Yet you don't seem so pleased." Having seen enough, Zhan slowly looked away. "I stopped going to the bar long ago." Delun smirked as he closed the door. "Hmm... so you only came because you were drunk that night. But if i may ask-"
"Don't."
Delun paused before continuing anyways. "Why did you stop? I heard a rumour that you were searching for the one who could satisfy you. Although- you did become rather quiet as soon as a 'handsome young man' showed up. Does Wang Yibo really have such an impact on you? " Zhan kept silent as he followed after him to the living room downstairs. "You know what you know."
Delun chuckled. "Aahh... don't tell me, are you in love with him? That would explain your dog like obedience." The latter squinted his eyes and frowned. "Fine fine, i won't joke. You may take your leave after giving me a time period."
Zhan looked at him cluelessly. "Time period...?" Delun hummed as he took a seat on his wide couch. "Why yes. I need to know when you will be mentally ready to take it. You see, the last time i did it forcefully... let's just say that i faced some complications. So let's get through this as we take our... sweet time."
The latter shook his head. "You're unbelievably sick.." Delun hummed. "No offers? Fine then, a week." Zhan scoffed. "What? Are you serious, that's too-"
"Five days then."
Zhan's eyes widened in fear. "B-but that's-"
"Four. Keep talking rudely and i'll make that one." Zhan swallowed as he took a step back. "No changes? Good, four days it is. I will call you then."
He was utterly unbelievable...
It was the same time, just a different setting. Yibo was in a bar at the other side of the city, hoping to negotiate his matter further with the detective. But for the time being, they both just stared at each other in quiet.
"...i should've known when that bastard asked to meet up because he wanted to make me eat chocolate cakes as a make up gift. I'm going-" Yibo held his wrist before pulling him back. "Let me talk at least. And it's not Duyi's fault- i asked him to arrange a meeting for us."
Shun frowned, leaning forward to seem more intimidating. "Yeah, no shit. I figured as much- you knew i wouldn't meet a bastard like you. You know that i can arrest you for the shit you pulled on Zhan right?" Yibo frowned back, now pulling him in even closer. "Fine then, let's make a deal. You can do whatever the hell you want with me if you help me with this."
Shun scoffed as he pulled his arm out of his grip and took a seat once more. "Hah- you just know that i'm itching to lock you up behind those rusty bars. So, what is it that you want?"
"To help Zhan. He is involved with some asshole named Han Delun. I think he is forcing him to do something, just not sure what. Sometime ago, he forced himself onto Zhan and is now playing something.. i know that he is up to no good." Shun raised his brow with a smirk. "What do you know. Another asshole like you. I wonder why they always find Zhan of all people." Yibo frowned, ready to spit back if it weren't for the latter shaking his had.
