The Aftermath

Kochos POV

*CAW- CAW! Tomioka Giyu is critically injured! Due to Upper Moon 4, *CAW-CAW* rush to the estate immediately. *CAW* Shinobous Crow, En, called out.

I stood there, half way to Giyu's estate, I was shook, I couldn't move, I felt stuck. I felt like I wanted to cry. "Upper moon? He didn't mention it last night? Why wouldn't he." I thought. "No I have to go help him." I soon stopped thinking and began running, as fast as ever. Just 4 minutes later, I was at the butterfly estates front door.

Aoi's POV

I rushed around trying to find more medicine, bandages, etc. "Sumí! Where is Shinobou at? We need her to take over this is to much for us!" I shout in frustration. Suddenly I hear the doors burst open.

"AOI! WHERE IS HE?" Shinobou breathed out as she gasped for air. I point to the door right next to me and she ran in.
"I wonder how she feels, She must feel terrible." I thought to myself.

"Aoi! Don't just stand there get me my supplies!" Shinobou shouted. "R-Right! My apologies." I stuttered as I ran to go get the rest of the supplies.

10 hours later, Kochos POV.

I sat down and just stared at him. My eyes felt so heavy, and I really did wanted to cry. I felt so exhausted. He was full of bandages, I couldn't even see his lovely face, Immediately a thought popped into my head.

"Aoi! Where's his haori?" I shouted out to the hall way. A blue haired girl peeked her head through the door. "I think the Kakushi brought it in this morning and might've left it at his estate, do you wish for me to bring it?" She said sincerely. I nodded at her with a sad smile.

I watch her leave and turn back to Giyu. "It's so quiet." I brought my knees up to my chest and continued to stare at him. I look up to hear pecking against the window.
"A crow? That isn't En tho, I wonder who's that must be." I get up to open the window and the crow immediately flew in and onto giyus night stand. A tear formed in his eye. I see his face sadden and wonder.

"Are you his crow?" I asked in a calm tone. **CAW- yes, I also am here to deliver a message. *CAW* there is to be a hashira meeting tomorr-"

"I can't go, please send Oyakata-sama my regards, Gi-Tomioka is to injured for me to keep my eyes off of him." I instantly interrupted.

"Understood." Kanzaburou acknowledged. He soon flew out the window to deliver my message. I looked back at the man lying there. I sighed at the sight of him.

"You told me you were gonna stay safe. What happened out there?" I said in a sadder tone.

Aoi's POV

"I never realized how far Tomioka-sans estate is." I said slightly out of breath. "Whatever I'll just get his haori and leave." I walked through the front door and started looking around.

"What a basic house, he really get more furniture." I sighed as I looked around, I spotted the mismatched haori on the sofa. "Finally," I reached out and grabbed his haori, I spotted a shrine across the living room with not one, but two pictures of a young boy and a beautiful young women

"I wonder who they are? Wait that looks like his haori- " I was soon cut off by a voice behind me.

"Who are you, and what are you doing in this house?" A female voice said. I looked behind me to see a woman in her early 20's with black hair and low lavender eyes. "A woman? Who is she."

"I could ask the same myself, who are you? Why are you in Tomioka-sans house?" I asked with a slight quiver.

"I'm Maki, A friend of Yu-chans , where is he? He was supposed to meet me today." The newly named Maki said in an annoyed tone. "Yu-Chan? Could she mean Tomioka-San? Holy they must be really close."
