Two-Party Agreement Contract
This agreement is hereby entered into this day between Faith Cabutihan and ABC Balitaan.
The said parties, for the consideration hereinafter mentioned, hereby agree to the following:
1. Faith Cabutihan, of legal age, will be a kissing instructor/tutor of ABC Balitaan for six (6) months.
2. ABC Balitaan will pay Faith Cabutihan 30,000 pesos per month unless there's an advance payment in a transaction.
3. ABC Balitaan has the right to sue Faith Cabutihan when an advance payment has already been made but she backs out as a kissing instructor/tutor.
4. As provided in Agreement No. 3; Faith Cabutihan will be liable for damages and has one (1) week to pay back ABC Balitaan.
5. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are the days set in the kissing tutorial for one (1) hour.
6. Faith Cabutihan will be responsible for cleaning her teeth and disinfecting her mouth with the dentist before the first tutorial starts. (It's for the safety of both parties.)
7. Giving into sexual urges is strictly prohibited. Both parties are not liable for damages unless one of them is forced and acts against their human rights.
8. Your salary will be deducted based on how many minutes/seconds you're late. It will cost one thousand pesos (1,000) for every minute of lateness.
Advance Payment Agreement
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Contract is entered by and between:
Faith Cabutihan, of legal age, Single, Philippines (herein referred to as "DEBTOR");
-and-
ABC Balitaan, of legal age, Single, Philippines (herein referred to as "CREDITOR");
WITNESSETH: That-
WHEREAS, the DEBTOR has an existing obligation to the creditor for an amount of P80,000.00;
WHEREAS, the DEBTOR and the CREDITOR, by the goodwill of both parties, desire to secure the amount of debt by entering into a new agreement to the terms and conditions herein provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Debtor Representation
The DEBTOR represents and warrants that both parties to this agreement have agreed to a payment plan to secure the deficiency in the timeframe set out in this agreement.
2. Payment Plan
The Parties hereby agree to the payment plan as set forth in Exhibit A, as well as the statement of its contents.
3. Payment Method
Payment shall preferably be made to the CREDITOR in the manner specified in the Payment Plan.
4. Indemnification
In exchange for this agreement, the creditor expressly waives any additional rights against the debtor for fines and penalties stemming from the deficit, as well as any damages incurred prior to this agreement. However, no obligation shall relieve the DEBTOR of its obligations under this Agreement or limit the CREDITOR's rights under this Agreement.
