I huff as I carefully lean agasint the billboard, knowing that all it would take is one mistake to fall to a very painful death, or maybe I'll survive, but it would still hurt. Lots.

Sweat drips down my face, as well as a rainbow of paint splatters as I finish sweeping the rest of the paint to make the background.

"Ta-da!!" I shout down to the others, who are keeping an eye out for trouble, as well as making sure I don't hurt myself.

I hear cheers and clapping on my way down, almost falling down the ladder on the last few steps, luckily arms stop me from falling, as they catch me and hold my hips, I turn to see Josh holding onto me. I give him a goofy grin, but he doesn't look impressed.

Once safely on the ground Marcus, Wrench and Sitara applaud my work, and suggest we go out for drinks. I obviously agree since I'm on a high right now.

I turn back to Josh.

"Well, do you like it?" I ask, pointing up at the billboard, now covered with DedSec propaganda.

Don't be a product of society, Blume is buying you.

Josh nods,,before looking intently at my face, I brush my hand across it and see smears of paint.

"Oh, I must look a mess" I laugh, using my sleeve to try and wipe the paint away.

"Be careful, you have some right under your eye" Josh softly says, I try to wipe it but Josh steps forward and uses his thumb to wipe my cheek, right under my eye.

I blush a little, "Thanks" I mumble.

Josh gently flicks my nose before leaning in, so his mouth is near my ear, and whispers "You look cute".

I laugh and turn my head, his lips are just a breath away from mine, our breaths mingle, his eyes drift from mine lower to my lips, before they slowly haze back into mine.

I lick my lips, before I lean in, or he does, and our lips meet, we kiss softly at first, he tastes like mint. But soon the kiss grows hungry, his arms snake around my body, caging me into him.

I gasp from the contact, not expecting Josh to be so confiendent, or good at this.

He suddenly pulls back, mistaking my gasp for a negative reaction.

"Sorry, I thought- Nevermind, I didn't think, I presumed you wanted me to-" Josh rambles, his hands going to the back of his head.

"Josh stop," I say, reaching my hands and gently pressing on his shoulders, "I liked it, I just didn't expect you to be so good" I smile encouragingly.

He looks back into my eyes and lets out a breath before smiling.

That's when I notice the paint smeared on his upper lip...and on his cheek. I laugh and point at his face.

He pulls out his phone and sees his face, before breaking into the most attractively deep chuckle. My stomach fills with butterflies.

"Let's go get cleaned up" I say, holding out my hand, he takes it as we make our exit.
