I look at my phone to see another message from my ex, at first He begged me to come back, he didn't mean to fall into another girl's vagina. Then the texts got more harsh, now they're threats.

I sigh and swipe the message away. I've tried to block him, but he keeps using every form of social media to contact me, the asshole even created new accounts just to torment me.

"What's up?" Marcus says to me from across the table, Josh at his side as they both go over a strategy for a mission.

"Nothing" I say, putting on a fake smile and putting my phone on the table.

Marcus looks at me weird, and Josh looks up from the laptop momentarily before going back to work.

Another buzz comes from my phone. I cringe inside and ignore it.

"Are you sure you don't need to answer it?" Marcus asks again.

I give him another fake smile before saying "Actually, yeah I'll be back in a minute"

I get up and go to the corner of the room, dialling my ex's number. He picks up on the first ring.

"Listen you asshat, I'm done, I'm not coming back and you can stick your pathetic length into someone else. I. Am. Done." I hang up before I hear his voice.

I turn my phone off and walk back to the table, sitting back down across from Marcus and Josh.

I swat my hair away and let out a breath.

As I put my phone on the table, it suddenly turns on. I'm sure I turned it off, but I remove my stare from my phone and look up to see Marcus wincing and Josh staring at me intently.

"What?" I ask them both.

"You could've told us about your ex" Marcus announces, I wince, before realising that I haven't told them.

"How did you know about that?" I ask, embarrassed and defensive.

"It was my idea, you were acting weird and I was worried" Josh simply says.

Marcus sighs before getting up, "Imma leave you both to it"

"You had no right, we don't do shit like that" I say, standing up too.

"I'm not going to apologise, he deserved what he got" Josh says, showing signs of anger for once.

"What do you mean, I haven't done anything to him" I say slowly, worried.

Josh realises what he's just said and closes up, scratching behind his head.

"Josh, what did you do?" I ask, my hands sweaty and picking my nails.

"I just deleted all his social media profiles and shared his web history on the one I left up" He mumbles.

I stay silent for a moment, before laughing. I've seen my ex's history and it's embarrassing.

"Why would you do that for me?" I ask him.

Josh looks up and shrugs, "He hurt you, I hurt him."

I feel a pang of something and smile at him, "Thank you" I say.

Josh nods, before saying "Now you're free, did you want to grab coffee? Or any beverage of your choice, but I know your a fan of tea, with milk and 2 sugars"

I laugh, slightly nervous that he knows so much about me. "Sure, let me grab you purse" I say.

"No need, I'll pay, we'll your ex will, he owes you that much" Josh smiles.

"Okay" I smile back, I see Marcus grinning at us and holding a thumbs up, I roll my eyes and give him the middle finger jokingly.
