Wrench- Mouthy Menance

"Stupid fucking shitty security!" I shout, getting aggravated with my laptop as I try to hack into the security system.

In the corner of my eye I see Wrench staring at me from across the hackedpace, his mask displaying his 'look' of curiosity.

I keep trying to hack in, but an error code keeps popping up, so in the end o throw my laptop on the couch and get up, pacing and mumbling a lot of expletives.

Luckily the others aren't around otherwise I might upset them, I know Wrench has a habit of swearing just as much as I do, so I'm glad it's just him.

I get lost in my pacing, so I don't even realise when Wrench stalks up to me and stops me in my tracks. He takes a step forward as I step back until I force myself to stay still and look up at him.

"What?" I sharply ask, scowling.

He shakes his head as his hand comes up and holds the side of my neck, his thumb brushes my jawline as he murmurs "Your language is atrocious."

"It's not my fucking fault-" I begin, but stop as Wrench "tuts".

"If you keep swearing like that I might have to gag you." He jokes, but we both pause to take in the accidental tension.

My mind drifts to dirty places and he clears his throat, clearly thinking along the same lines. His grip on my neck tightens as his other hand comes up and cups my cheek, his thumb brushes my bottom lip as he leans in, the spikes of his mask loom close to my face and I can hear his heavy breathing.

"Shit" I whisper as my legs feel like jelly. His head tilts and I realise I've swore again, "Sorry."

Wrench chuckles, "Good girl." If I don't move, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna jump on him, so I force myself back to the couch and out of his hold as I sit down and get back to hacking, my hands shake from adrenaline.

Wrench follows and stands behind the couch, leaning over my shoulder as I work, "You need to do it in reverse order" He advises me. I nod as he helps me work through the security, the tension grows and grows as his warmth invades my space.

I'm in such deep shit.
