Marcus- Puppy Lovin'

"Aww look at his adorable little face!" You coo to the puppy, sitting on the floor  whilst your cousin let's you stroke her new puppy.

"Yeah, she's pretty cute" Marcus smiles, watching you hold the ball of fur Simba style.

You boop your nose to its snout, and the puppy's tail sways even more.

"Ooh you're so precious, I just want to take you home!" You say in a baby voice to the puppy as Marcus raises an eyebrow at you.

"How come you never said that to me?" Marcus asks, a smile tilts the corner of his lips.

"Aww is Marky getting jealous, ooh I think he is!" You pout at the puppy, smiling as it lets out a yawn.

"Maybe you should put the poor thing back on stable ground" Marcus suggests, tilting his head.

You watch him for a moment with a smirk, before gently placing the puppy back on your lap, it curls up and falls asleep instantly.

"You're such a romantic" You say to Marcus, unable to keep a smile from your face.

He scoffs, "Yeah, yeah, so what if I like a little attention from time to time" he says as he picks up his bottle of water.

You wink at him, "I'll grab you a collar on the way home". Marcus chokes on his drink, dribbling unattractively as your cousin turns around and gives you a horrified look.

You burst out laughing at their reactions, causing the puppy to wake up and bark.

"Y/N!" Marcus finally exclaims, eyes wide and a small blush covers his cheeks.

"What?" You ask, feigning innocence, standing up and giving the puppy one last stroke.

"We better get going" You say, hugging your cousin goodbye.

You and Marcus leave, walking out into the busy street. Marcus grabs your head and plants a huge, loud kiss on it.

"What was that for?" You ask laughing as you wrap an arm around his waist.

"Nothing, I just forget how much I love you, until you remind me again" He replies, shrugging.

"Ah, such a romantic" You smirk, tickling his side as you both head home.
