"What happened?" Moody asked the two of them as they walked over the stone steps towards his office. Hermione still couldn't find her voice after all that happened in the graveyard as Harry had to do all the answering.

"Cup was a Portkey," Harry mumbled, "It took Hermione, Cedric and me away... and Voldemort was there."

"The Dark Lord was there? What happened then?"

"Killed Cedric.... they killed Cedric..."

"Then?"

"Made a potion... got his body back...."

"He got his body back? He's returned?"

"And the Death Eaters came... and then..." Harry paused before he turned to look at Hermione, "He said... he said... he and Hermione..."

Hermione lowered her gaze, unable to meet the two of them as she tried to forget what she heard in the graveyard. She couldn't be the cousin to that monster. She just couldn't be.

"Said what? What did he say about him and Hermione?" Moody asked, demanding answers.

"He said... they were cousins... but that's impossible!" Harry answered.

"Then what happened?"

"He gave Hermione a choice... to join him or... to be enslaved by him... when she rejected him... he got Macnair to grab her... and then forced me to duel..."

"Duel? You dueled with the Dark Lord?"

"Got away... my wand... did something strange... I saw... my Mom and Dad.... they came out of his wand..."

Hermione shot her head up, curious about what he was talking about, as they walked into Moody's office.

"Here, sit down... you two we'll be alright now... drink this..." Moody told them as he handed them a couple of cups. Hermione took a sip as a peppery taste burned the back of her throat.

"Does it hurt?" Moody asked, "That cut on your arm, Potter?"

"Not much now," Harry said as he shook his head.

"Perhaps I better take a look at it." Moody suggested as he gazed down at Harry's arm. Harry wince as Moody pressed his fingers against the cut.

"There's a Death Eater at Hogwarts!" Hermione shouted, "That's how the cup was bewitched to be a Portkey! They put our names into the Goblet of Fire! And they were the ones that made sure we got through."

"Karkaroff?" Harry said, "Where is he? Have you got him? Is he locked up?"

"Karkaroff?" Moody said with an odd laugh before moving around the room, "Karkaroff fled tongith, when he felt the Dark Mark burn upon his arm. He betrayed too many faithful supporters of the Dark Lord to wish to meet them... but I doubt he'll get too far."

Hermione watched as he begin making his way around like he was searching for something extremely important to him.

"Were there others? At the graveyard? Who were they?" Moody asked as he kept fumbling around in search of something. Hermione's eyes widened as she shared a look with Harry, who shared the same concern look.

"Harry never mentioned anything about a graveyard, sir," Hermione said slowly as Harry turned around in his seat. Moody walked out of from a side room, his eyes glued on the both of them.

"Marvelous creatures, dragons, aren't they?" he suddenly asked, "Do you think that miserable oaf would have led you into the woods if I hadn't suggested it? It hasn't been easy with you Harry! But Hermione, such a good girl you were! I didn't have to bother with you as much as I did with Potter! Just gave you a few nudges and you figured it out. But Harry! You dumb fool! I had to deal with your stupidity! Had to tell you to get through the first task! The second one I was sure was going to get you killed! I knew you hadn't been working as hard as Hermione had to figure out the egg's clue, so I had to give you another hint--"
