As early as they could, Hermione took her things and with Grandma Elka as company, they proceeded to head to the Weasleys' home. Grandma Elka had another Porkkey that take them and it was in no time they were appearing on the front steps of The Burrow. Grandma Elka calmly knocked on the door and a moment later, Ginny was opening the door.

"Hello, Miss Ostrovsky! Hi, Hermione! You're just in time, we were just about to go get Harry." She cheered before inviting her inside. The Burrow made have been a tightly packed house, but it was still one of the homiest places you could ever be at. After saying their goodbyes to each other, Hermione walked in just as saw Mr. Weasley and the twins and Ron lined up with the fireplace.

"Hey, 'Mione! How's it going?" Fred called out to her with a light smile on his face. George suddenly started to tease him while Ron hurried over towards her.

"Hi, Hermione! Do you want to come pick up Harry as well?" he asked her.

"Sure, I would like to see his house," Hermione claimed as she watched Mr. Weasley vanish in the Floo. Fred clear his throat as he bowed his head at Hermione.

"Ladies, first," He said. Hermione laughed as she stepped into the fireplace with a bit of Floo Powder and stated where she wanted to go. Soon she was engulfed in flames until they vanished and she found herself landing on something... or should she say someone. She had fallen on top of Mr. Weasley as they were stuck inside the chimney.

"Ouch! Hermione, no-- I need you to go back, there's been... oh wait you can't apparate just yet? I forgot... OUCH!" Mr. Weasley shouted just as Hermione screamed when someone landed right on top of her. It was Fred, whose face was inches away from hers.

"Sorry, 'Mione!" Fred told her as he attempted to move so he wasn't exactly on top of her.

"Fred, I need you go back! There's been some kind of mistake-- OUCH" Mr. Weasley was cut off again as this time George appeared, "George! Go back and tell Ron to stay put!"

"Maybe Harry can hear us, Dad--" George suggested, "Maybe he'll be able to let us out--"

Mr. Weasley started to bang against whatever was blocking the fireplace.

"Harry! Harry, can you hear us?" Hermione called out to him.

"Hermione? Can you hear me?" Harry's voice echoed through the fireplace.

"Yes! We can hear you!" Hermione answered him.

"Hermione, the fireplace has been blocked up. You won't be able to get through there." Harry spoke through.

"Damn!" Mr. Weasley shouted, "what on earth did they want to block up the fireplace for?"

"Mr. Weasley? They've got an electric fire," Harry explained.

"Really! Electric, you say? with a plug? Gracious, I must see that... let's think... OUCH!" Mr. Weasley shouted while Hermione winced in pain from the impact.

"What are we doing here? Has something gone wrong?" Hermione heard Ron asking them.

"Oh no, Ron-- no this is exactly where we wanted to end up," Fred said, very sarcastically.

"Yeah, we're having the time of our lives here," George said afterwards, sounding as squashed as they were.

"Guys! I'm trying to think... yes... only way... stand back, Harry!" Mr. Weasley stated. Hermione didn't have time to figure out what was going until a loud banging came ringing into her ears as they suddenly began flying out of the fireplace and across the living room floor. Hermione's head slammed against the floor just as Fred flew on top of her.

"Sorry, 'Mione," Fred said before climbing off. Hermione coughed just as she was making her way onto her feet.

"That's better! Ah-- you must be Harry's aunt and uncle! Er-- sorry about that. It's all my fault! It just didn't occur to me--" Mr. Weasley continued to talk, not noticing their faces of terror. Hermione turned towards Harry.

"Is your trunk ready, Harry?" Hermione asked him.

"Yes, it's upstairs." Harry told them.

"We'll get it," Fred and George said in union before rushing upstairs to grab it. Mr. Weasley attempted to start another conversion with Vernon and Petunia, but they seemed to have been paralyzed to where they stood. Suddenly a rather plump boy, who was obviously Dudley, came storming in as Fred and George came rushing into the living room again.

"Ah, this is your cousin, is it Harry?" Mr. Weasley said at yet another attempt to make conversation.

"Yep." Harry answered.

"Having a good holiday, Dudley?" he said kindly, but Dudley began to whimper as if Mr. Weasley was threatening him or something.

"Shouldn't we be getting too it?" Hermione asked, tired of standing in the awkwardness of the entire thing. Mr. Weasley nodded as he motioned everyone towards the fireplace and made flames rose at once in the fireplace.

"Fred, you first." Mr. Weasley stated to them.

"Coming... Oh no---" Fred said when suddenly a bag of sweets spilled from his pocket. He picked them up before waving a cheery wave at all of them then vanishing in the fire. Mr. Weasley then motion for George, who brought Harry's trunk with him then lastly Ron. Hermione was just about to go in when she watched Mr. Weasley trying to get Petunia and Vernon to say goodbye to Harry then suddenly the air was filled with the sound of horrible gagging sound. It cause Hermione to peer out of the fireplace to find Dudley now kneeling on the ground with his tongue now a foot-long and purple. Hermione spotted the colored toffee wrapper that laid on the floor before him.

"Not to worry, I can sort him out!" Mr. Weasley attempted to help them while Hermione motioned for Harry to come over to her. Harry seemed to want to watch the chaos before after Vernon started to throw things, Harry decided it best to leave with Hermione and with one scream of 'The Burrow', they were all spinning into the fire and out of there in a blink of an eye.
