Chapter 33

As I neared the titans mouth, it's putrid breath invaded my nostrils.

"Why the fuck is it's breath so bad?!" I shouted turning away from it and gagging.

"Because it doesn't brush its teeth!" Hange shouted

"Yeah no shit.." I mumbled crawling into its mouth.

As I made my way down to its throat, I could feel it tending trying to swallow me but was unable to due to its tongue being bound by a few wires.

I made my way all the way back and punched the dangly bit because why not, nothing happened so i decided to try it again.

I punched it with more force which made it gag, when it did so I started slipping. My body began slowly falling down the throat of the thing, I took out my sword and stabbed it into the flesh of its tongue to prevent myself from going any further.

I began using my swords to climb my way out of its mouth. I walked along it's tongue and climbed out of its mouth.

I looked down at myself to see I was covered in titan saliva,

"I'm glad this stuff disintegrates in half an hour." I thought to myself as I turned to hange.

"That thing definitely has a gag reflex." I said.

"Oh fantastic!" She shouted as she wrote something down on a clip board and skipped away.

I turned and saw Levi climbing out of a titans mouth, he was also covered in titan spit and looked fucking mortified.

"That was horrible.." he mumbled walking over to me and hugging me tightly.

"Does it gag?" Hange asked to which Levi nodded at her.

When he pulled away from the hug, the spit on him had stuck to the spit on me causing us to stick together slightly.

Long strands of titan spit connected us together causing us both to gag, I disconnected the strands with my arm not wanting to look at that any longer.

The rest of the day which consisted of watching to make sure hanges squad was safe, eating and going back to the base passed quickly.

I woke up in the middle of the night, I looked to my side to see Levi laid awake. He then looked at me confused why I had woken up so suddenly.

"You okay?" He asked me.

"Yeah.." I mumbled.

"Go back to sleep then love." He said wrapping his arm over me.

I tried my best to fall back asleep but was unable to.

"I'm going to go for a walk." I mumbled crawling out of the hammock, "I'll be back soon."

Levi nodded as he watched me put my gear in and decent the tree. When I reached the floor I grabbed a small torch and lit it so I'd be able to see where I was going.

I didn't have any sword blades on me so I grabbed a dagger incase I encountered a wild animal and began to walk through the forest.

After a few minutes of walking, I found a large rock halfway in the floor. I decided to sit here for a bit.

As I saw sat on the rock clearing my head, I heard movement in the bushes in front of me. I pulled my dagger out only to see Mason emerge from the bushes.

I slowly put the dagger away as he walked towards me.

"Sorry I saw you walking and kinda just followed you." He said, "what are you doing?"

"Uh nothing just clearing my head." I said to him.

"Uh.. I have something to tell you." Mason said taking a few steps towards me.
