Chapter 35

The next morning I woke up to Levi tapping my shoulder.

"It's time to get up." He whispered to me.

"No.." I muttered.

"Cmon it's time to get up."

"No.."

"Get up before I drag you out of this bed."

"No."

The next thing I knew I felt Levi climb over me out of the bed, then grab me by my waist and pull me out of it.

I squirmed trying to get back into the bed but was unsuccessful due to Levi having such a tight grip on me.

"Okay I'm up!" I said, "can you let go now?"

Levi nodded and let go of me, immediately I crawled back into the bed.

"You little-" Levi said as once again he picked me up, though this time facing him.

I suddenly got an idea, quickly I grabbed his hair and kissed him deeply. He was a bit surprised but kissed back anyway.

I used my legs to push us to the floor, me on top of him my arms either side of his head, then forced my tongue into his mouth.

He wrapped his legs around my waist and arms around my upper back. I pushed my tongue deeper into his mouth making it hard for him to breathe.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door, reluctantly I let Levi go and answer it.

"Name and business." Levi said standing up off the floor.

"Commander Erwin and I need to get the papers."

"Alright come in then." Levi said sitting down at his desk.

I sat on the edge of my bed as I watched Erwin walk in and take a pile of papers from Levi's desk, then leave.

As soon as the door was shut, I stood up and walked over to where Levi was sat. I spun the chair to the side to face me and kissed him, once more forcing my tongue into his mouth.

"Oh I forgot the-" came a voice as the door opened.

Immediately I pulled away and looked towards the doorway to see Erwin again.

"I'll come back later.." he said shutting the door.

There was a moments silence before I said, "let's just get changed." To which Levi agreed.

I quickly put on one of my sets of uniform and began looking through the draws in the nightstand.

"What are you looking for?" Asked Levi.

"One of my masks.." I said as I pulled one out and put it on.

"Why.."

"I don't want to go into detail as to why I decided to wear it again just know I'll take it off to eat and sleep as long as there's no risk that someone who hasn't already will see my scar." I sighed.

"Alright." He said, "let's go for breakfast."

I nodded and followed him out of the room. We walked downstairs into the mess hall and sat with his squad.

I could tell they wondered why I put the mask back on, but nobody said anything about it.

"Today we're going to be cleaning." Levi said, "after being gone a week this place is a tip."

Various groans and sighs escaped peoples mouthes, including mine.
