They use to say everything can't always be the bad. Or some time evil needs light... It didn't mean to upon Billy. Poor Billy he's just a poor boy not a evil villain.
Dinner was good, Billy was showing off a little. Not enough to be annoying. Joe was eating it all up. And of course he would.
Anastasia walked Billy outside to the porch. Pulling out a cigarette. "Sorry about that."
"About what Ana? For your father being a jerk? Don't be sorry for something or someone that hurts you. I'm not." Always wishing his father that he would stop.
"At least thank you for being here. Papa would had killed my father if he found out."
"He has every right too. You're his granddaughter. If my kid was hurting like the both of us. I would hurt them badly."
"Glad to know we have each other's back. See you tomorrow at the pool?"
"Sure will. Hey and if it's too bad kick him in the nuts. Believe me that's the worst." Blowing out the smoke.
Smelling the smoke, she waved her hand back and forth. "Thanks, I'll remember that. Night Billy." She wanted to kiss his cheek but felt like she shouldn't. He could had pushed her away. Or thought it would be gross and would tell his friends. So she kept to herself.
Inhaling more of the cigarette. "Night Ana, sweet dreams." Still being charming as he could see the corner of his eye that her father was looking at the window.
How life would be so different if she was skinny she always thought. Her father would always told her she is too fat. Why can't she be skinny like the girls he would be dating. Thinking back she thought her mother was always the abusive one. Maybe they both were to each other and doesn't remember.
In her room she could see a glimpse of Billy's room. He got home safely. Looking the mirror she looked at the belly fat, holding it. Feeling the most ugliest thing. Starting to cry she decided to turn off all the lights, in her dreams she was safe like we all think that we are. We sleep to feel better, we sleep to get away from our real world. To be anywhere, anyone that we want.
Closing her eyes everything felt a peace. Curled up as her tears dry up from her pillow catching them. Her pillow is her old time friend. Who didn't judge her, who didn't care what she looked like.
Waking up Anastasia got dressed and ready for the pool. Her father looked at her as her Grandpa glares at her dad. He sees the bruises. "Billy tells me that you are going swimming today with Max."
"Yeah I thought it might be fun. Last day of our weekend." Eating one peace of bacon.
"Honey you need to eat up." Her papa points to her food. "Meat doesn't grow on trees."
"Yes papa." Her papa would do anything for her. Die, kill, anything that she wanted, as long if it didn't hurt anyone, well if it was her father that is another story.
Joe let out a sigh as he flipped through the papers. "And you know what Joe, you are more than welcome to leave MY house."
"I didn't say or do anything."
"Really? Shall we take a look on her wrist?" Acting like shocked. Then gets angry. "You should be very lucky that Billy came over for dinner. And that I didn't beat your ass."
"I didn't mean to. I ask her to clean her room and she didn't do it."
"And I said I would do it in an hour. Sorry that I was having a panic attack." Anastasia stood up for herself.
"That's what you always say when I ask you to do something."
"Well maybe it's because you SCARE ME."
Scuffs it off. "Right.. have you took a look in a mirror?" Standing up. He took one last bite of the bacon.
"I don't want you to ever come back to my house my house Joe." Having two body guards right next to him.
"Fine I'll go."
Anastasia had taken another bacon and then heard Billy's car horn, for her to come out. "Bye papa I'll see you later tonight."
"Have fun sweetie, love you."
"Love you too."
