Anna's POV

I flopped back on the bed next to Eva after my mother left. I looked at her as she shook her leg and stared at the wall, obviously in deep thought. I decided to remain quiet and allowed her to have her moment.

"Anna." Eva whispered. I turned to face her with a slight smile.

"Yes baby." I answered. She just looked at me but I knew she wanted me closer to her. I dragged my body comically up the bed to her which earned a giggle from her. I got to her and she immediately snuggled into my neck. My hands automatically found her hair and gently massaged her scalp.

"I have no clue what I would do without you. " she spoke. Her breath tickled my neck as she spoke.

"I notice you hold on to me more, you need me to sleep even though you say you can't take the noise at home. I notice how you only leave the house with me, even when Sab asks for y'all to hang out, you only do it if I'm around. You do everything only with me and it's been like that since. I want you to be you baby, I want you to elevate and grow and explore outside of me. Don't get me wrong I'm not upset but it's not healthy and I understand why you're doing it, I really do. All I want is for you to try therapy again and see where it takes you." she said as she squeezed me tighter into her body. Tears streamed down my face as I had no clue she noticed all of that. She was right, she was so fucking right. I wrapped myself in everything Anna that I wasn't even aware how dependent I became on her.

I leaned into her embrace and she kissed my cheek. "I love you so so so much Anna. I swear."
