Cars drove out of the school, while some students who had to trek their way to the nearest bus stop made their way towards the entrance of the school. I was heading towards where I parked my bicycle. It was closing, I thought of going to my parent's restaurant and being of help since I won't be doing anything serious,
I had almost finished my assignment in the class before they rang the bell for closing. I pulled my bicycle out and sat on the saddle of my bicycle, then I started paddling towards the school gate when a car horned loudly beside me, scaring the shit out of me.
I placed my left foot on the floor to balance myself and the bicycle, then snapped my head and glared at the car still behind, it was pretty close to my bicycle.
"I'm sorry, babe," Kayden stuck out his head, laughing while I rolled my eyes at him. He unlocked the door of his car and stepped out, then striding close to me.
"You could have hit me," I glared, huffing surprisingly at him.
"But, I didn't," He smirked while I scowled at him.
"Come on, I want to take you somewhere," He informed me and I stared at him curiously, squinting my gaze at him.
"Where?" I inquired, tilting my head at him, then placed my right foot on the floor.
Kayden held the handlebar of my bicycle and smiled at me, leaning closer to me.
"Don't worry, you will know when we get there," He insisted, and I nodded.
I got away from my bicycle then Kayden began pushing it towards his car, he got to the boot of his car, opened the boot and placed my bicycle inside, and closed it.
I walked to the other side of his car and unlocked the passenger's seat door and entered the car.
Kayden entered shortly and closed the door, then he brought his car to life and didn't drive yet.
He leaned closer to me, almost putting his weight on me. "What are you doing?"
"Helping my girlfriend with her seatbelt," He taunted and tilted his head over to me, I blushed, suddenly finding it difficult to maintain eye contact with him.
My eyes blinked severally, staring into his blue eyes, then I heard a click, Kayden leaned closer to me and I nervously turned my head which made him kiss my cheeks.
"You made me miss me that," He groaned, while I smiled when he pulled away from me.
I nervously played with my fingers and Kayden began driving.

Kayden, pressed his steering and a blaring horn came from his car when we got to the front of a gigantic black gate, and the gate opened immediately, then Kayden drove inside the compound.
I stared in awe staring at the tall trees arranged in rows along the road Kayden drove on, then I saw a magnificent mansion ahead of us, it looks like a castle.
With the combination of the blue sky and the spotless white paint, it looked like a castle from a fairyland as the surrounding nature embraced it. The green views from the grass added to the beauty of the mansion.
"Where are we?" I asked, eagerly turning my head to him.
"My home," He answered, then he pulled into the park where I saw other luxurious cars, a black limousine and also a white one.
"Wow!" I muttered in astonishment, I've never seen a house this big in my life...
'Why did he bring me to his house?' I thought.
Kayden got down from his car while I unclasped the seat belt and got myself freed.
The passenger's seat door got opened and Kayden stretched out his hands to me, which I grabbed with my hands immediately and stepped out.
I was mesmerized by the environment which still had a vast area of land, that the flora within it as much as around it.
Everything here screamed wealth, and I wondered how the inside will be.
"Your home is spectacular," I breathed out, then turn my face to stare at him.
"Come on, let's go inside," He suggested and gripped my hands, and I stopped him immediately.
"Wait," I inhaled sharply, and he turned his head over his shoulder, casting a questioning glance.
"Is your dad, around?" I asked him, a part of me hoping he's not, I don't think I'm bold enough to meet his dad.
'Why am I overthinking things? He didn't say he was taking me to his dad, did her?"
"No, he's not, he will probably be working his ass off in his company," Kayden answered dryly.
He always acted indifferently, and a bit agitated each time his dad's matter comes to light.
Yeah, I know he isn't on good terms with his father, he told me that, but still, I wanted to know why he didn't like his dad that much or perhaps if it was his dad who didn't like him either.
And his mum? Well, he never mentioned her to me yet.
There are many things, I wanted to know about him, but I should let him say everything of his own will or when I see it's the right time to ask.
I followed Kayden to the mansion, his hand wrapped firmly around my wrist, pulling me along with him.
We were greeted by some hefty men who were dressed in black outfits, with a black mouthpiece that was aligned to their ears.
"Who are they?" I asked in a whisper, lowering my gaze as we passed by them, they all seem to be staring at us.
"Bodyguards, securities," He answered and opened the door which was painted in a golden color.
Awestruck won't be the word I should be using when I stepped into the mansion, everything looked like paradise inside. From the marbled floor to the chandelier, then the staircase was an exceptional beauty to the mansion.
"Wow!" I muttered, it felt as if I was being charmed by the house.
"Let's go to my room," He said when he noticed I'd stared around enough, then I snapped my gaze skeptically at him.
"Your room?" I quirked a brow at him, staring at him curiously.
"Yeah, do you have something on your mind?" He asked innocently, but I know he was teasing me, and I snickered at him.
"Nothing," I scoffed.
"Or are you scared of going to my room?" He asked tauntingly, tilting his head and narrowing his eyes at him.
"I'm not," I frowned at him and yanked my hands away from his hold, then began walking up the stairs as if I had a clue on where I was heading to.
"Do you know the way to my room?" He asked from behind me, and I stopped in my tracks, turning around to face him.
"Then, show me to your room, pretty boy," I smirked, and he smiled.
