(Ito's POV)
Commentator: "It seems that number 47 and number 12 are both being subbed out by star man number 10 (Y/N) and number 11, Kaito."
"It seems this is where the fun begins." I looked at Kaeda-san's face gleaming with joy, I always knew she liked (Y/N)'s san but not this much, I then decided to look at Ruqa-san who had a calculative gaze as she watched (Y/N) step on the field.
"Indeed I just wonder how much of an impact both (Y/N)-san and Kaito-san can truly make" questioned Ruqa-san. I had this feeling in my heart that something spectacular was going to happen but when exactly, time could only tell.
"Obviously they're going to do well in my time of watching them play they're the best duo I've seen grace to the game of football in Japan nothing's stopping them," boasted Kaeda-san as she nodded to herself.
"When you mean by watching them play you mean by watching those tapes of (Y/N)-san matches right Kaeda-san." I smirked, hoping for the reaction I think I would get, and boy I was not disappointed.
"S-shut up I mean (Y/N)-san is cool and all but his skills don't impress me the slightest." She blushed looking the other way.
"Alright guys let's just watch this match, I've dying to wait how this game ends," replied Ruqa-san
"Agreed" you all collectively said as a group, I laughed to myself internally as these moments were the best type of moments you thought when living life to the fullest.
(Y/N)'s POV)
As you continued to stride onto the pitch next to Kaito-kun you noticed your teammates who were looking down and gloomy, now pumped up and ready to fight. That was the effect you had you were their king and they were your mob. Simple as that.
"Hey Kaito-kun I was wondering if you could answer this question or not," you said, side-glancing at the uninterested Kaito-kun.
"What is it don't ask me to do anything stupid while we're on the field right now" replied Kaito-kun, somewhat knowing where there was heading at.
"No I would never think anything stupid, I was just thinking how about we do the same that Itoshi duo did. But score it three times better and score three times while we're at it." You put three fingers up in front of Kaito-kun who was now interested in this suggestion.
"Now you're talking." smirked Kaito-kun.
You nodded at each other as you went to your respected position, these defenders had no idea of the opponent they were facing. It didn't matter if there was one defender, two defenders, or three defenders, in the end, they meant nothing to you.
The referee blew his whistle once again everyone in hyperactive mode preyed on the person who had possession of the ball you noticed Itoshi Sae looking at you intently.
You waved at him smiling, "I don't swing that way" you thought to yourself as you continued to walk around the pitch while the players were frantically running up and down the pitch.
However something bothered you, the opposition team was playing a 4-3-2-1 formation. With the Itoshi duo upfront as strikers that was a problem you were facing mainly, the individual named Itoshi Sae.
He looked like a midfielder more than any, I mean think about it, his physique, he's quite a small guy compared to his other teammates, and he probably can't even compete with top-notch defenders from around the globe.
Oh well, it's not my problem yet.
(Kaito's POV)
"Pass the ball over here!" I shouted, and my teammates understood the assessment and pinged the ball in front of my foot, perfectly.
