(Charlie's POV)
"Replay that clip again." Josh insisted as we devoted our eyes to only the TV screen in the locker room. The footage was showing the semi-final match between Bastard Munchen and P-X-G, and what'd you expect the main man of Bastard Munchen, Michael Kaiser was the leading star of this game. The way he plays exactly reminded you of your old self but you had to admit, he was better than your old self, way better. He was leagues above you back in those Japan days, he might even be better than you at this level you were currently playing with the U-20 Royale.
Interesting.
"Not to mention Michael Kaiser isn't only the good player on their team. There's Alexis Ness, Erik Gesner, Sachs, Bendict Grim a few notable players that'll bring us trouble." Calvin gave his remark.
"Those players are quite similar to us," Sae noted.
"This is going to be a tough matchup, in this final game every small fine detail counts we just have to rise to the occasion." You simply said, everyone, gave the nod of approval to your comment.
"What tactics do they use?" Marco chimed in.
You stand up with the TV remote in one hand as you switch the clip to their formation.
"Their team is all about their versatility, this means from deeper areas if they are under heavy pressure, they can look to go longer from their goalkeeper Bachman or their centre backs to both Kaiser and Ness making great aerial targets and Grim and Gesner being willing runners behind." You said they all took a mental note of this in their head.
"Now moving on they are very focused on their possession of the ball, this is facilitated by Bastard Munchen being so good in the build-up. If Bastard are being pressed right back defenders would most likely turn into a centre-back position. Bastard Munchen is all about their long balls. Ness is a special talent he'd said to be a top U-20 midfielder alongside Saeof course when given space he can truly dominate. Their team are always playing as a duo so be careful about that." You finished saying.
"Just don't give them space, got it," Marco said.
"That's all we have for today, we have a few days before the finals just prepare yourself physically and mentally that's all I have to say."
The boys all stood up, dapping each other up, exiting the locker room, while Sae waited for you.
"You heading to the apartment?" Sae asked with his bag over his shoulders.
"Nah. . . Not this time. I have somewhere to go." You said.
"Alright, I'll see you later then." Sae nodded as you dapped him up.
(TIMESKIP)
"Welcome! I didn't expect you to show up." Lavinho did a belly laugh. What was so funny? He was an interesting character to be around.
"So what are you going to teach me-"
Lavinho pressed his finger on your lip.
"Enough talking and more watching!" Lavinho said as he danced back to his original place where there was a ball between us.
"Try and take this ball away from me," Lavinho said with a smirk.
You sighed as you watched on, watching him dribble the ball slowly to you.
(Lavinho POV'S)
The first thing you need to know when you're doing a 1v1 against someone is having the ability to be able to be patient enough to find the right opportunity with my dribble. I remain patient with my straddle waiting for the right opportunity. One flaw that (Y/N) was currently doing was letting me see an avenue of space opening up.
