SS 5: Halloween Spark

(Charlie's POV)

"Why am I dressed In this stupid skeleton costume when I can be studying?"

"Come on now Fuutarou every once and a while you have to spread your wings and have some fun!" You raised your fist in the air.

Although Fuutarou did not share the same excitement with you, he sure did feel bad about what happened to you during that game.

"Fine, I'll try to be open-minded where are we heading to anyways?"

"That's the spirit we're meeting up with the gang and that it's going to be a blast!"

Once you both finally arrived, everyone was there waiting for you two.

"Hey! Where have you guys been we've been waiting here for ages!" Kaeda impatiently tapped the ground with her foot.

"Calm your farm." You replied, as you scanned your friend group it seemed that Kaito didn't show up to this hangout.

"So Kaito's not coming I'm assuming?"

"Yeah man it's not looking good, he's been really down after that loss we had, but I'm sure he'll get over it, he always does." Hideo gave his small comment, but you felt as though he was a little worried about him, of course, he was his brother after all.

Though he did like that feeling of snatching that goal away from Kaito, that was one thing he did not regret.

"So how's your nose Charlie?" Ruqa questioned, it seemed like everyone was thinking the same thing.

"My nose? I think my nose is saying it's doing fine." They all chuckled at your response.

Ito walked up to wrapping her arms around you, as she looked up at you smiling.

"If anything, that bandage on your nose makes you a bit more cuter."

"Cute? I thought I already was cute enough for you?" You chuckled as she broke your embrace, you noticed that her costume was a bit more, let's say revealing.

It appears that she was dressed up as a cheerleader with her homemade pom poms. It looked really good

"Enough chitter chatter let's scour the houses and ask for some candy."

"So who's going with who?" Fuutarou asked as he continued doing his homework.

"Well, obviously these two lovebirds are going together." Kaeda winked at Ito, in response Ito looked down bashfully, as she twirled her hair with her fingers.

"I guess Fuutarou and Ruqa can spend some time knowing each other more and how about it Hideo you want to ask for candy together?"

"R-really me? Of course, yeah whatever."

They begin to go their separate ways and you see Hideo looking at you with a gleeful smile, as you gave him the thumbs up, so did he.

The first house you went to with Ito was pretty big, you knocked on the door and you saw a granny giving you each one single candy. Great, you thought.

The second house, was better it was a granny flat but the person who owned that granny flat gave you a decent amount of candy.

While you both were on the way to the final house, you both realised it was pretty quiet, and you look at Ito, looking down at the ground as you headed to the final house.

"Hey Charlie?"

"Yeah what's up."

"The moon really is beautiful tonight, do you think that as well?"
