Come on now where's the opening at?

Calvin and Sae are over there they'll probably go for a 2v1 against you. You knew they weren't stupid enough to go towards me individually.

Maybe Calvin would. Even though he changed his playstyle, he knows at the moment who's above him in terms of raw skill and talent.

Where's Josh?

There he is!

Nicely done his making a run for the penalty area, even though Sae has noticed this run you can trust that Josh can handle him by himself and score a killer goal.

You swiftly pinged the ball, hitting the bottom of the ball as it flew over to Josh. Josh got confirmation of the ball with his first touch as Sae was advancing to him what was he going to pull out?

A fake?
A feint?
A stepover?

It turned out he did neither of those as Josh stopped running with the ball standing there, and Sae effortlessly tackled the ball away from Josh's possession as it was a complete turnover. A counterattack.

A counterattack that Calvin had already made a bolt to our penalty line. All that was needed was a pass from Sae which Calvin received with a slightly bad touch as you were the only person that could receive his passes perfectly without a single mistake, but it didn't matter how bad the touch was as Calvin slotted the ball in.

"Goal!!!!" (1-0)

The referee blew his whistle signalling that full-time was upon us and the training session was over.

Just as Josh was about to walk off with no one noticing him, you rushed over to him stopping him in his tracks.

He looked up at you with a pissed-off look.

"Fuck off man I don't want to be seeing your face as much as you don't want to see mine. . . But what do you want from me."

"I just want to talk." You raised your hand in the air in surrender.

"You're talking to me right now spit it out."

"Why aren't you playing at the level you usually do?"

"That's easy I have no motivation to play seriously and you want to know why it's because of you. I know where I stand in this team and you know that goal bet forgot about it." Josh simply said as he walked off the pitch as far in the distance you notice the manager walking up to him and lecturing him.

"Looks like Josh is in real trouble," Sae said beside you.

"It seems like it."

Josh glanced over at you, being let off by the manager as he headed to the locker room, but it wasn't going to be all easy for you as the manager gestured you to talk with him.

You sighed as you waved at Sae heading to the manager.

"Do you know why I called you here?"

"Is it because of Josh's attitude nowadays?"

"No, not that as the captain of this U-20 Royale, I'm not going to remind you of what you have to do in the end it's your choice that makes this team a team. Whether you make the right or wrong choice it's up to you. The reason why I wanted to talk to you is that you've been called up."

"Called up? Like called up to that advert I meant to be doing with my girlfriend today or like called up to eat something." You jokingly said to your manager it seemed like he didn't get that joke, it was best to shut your mouth from now.
