"My God, these lovebirds, when are they going to get it through their heads that they have to stop doing this," Cliff grumbled next to Sam, squinting into the living room.

"Stop what?", Sam stumbled insecurely and almost wanted to defend his brother and his girlfriend.

"Well, denying their love. There's no use pretending you won't let anyone get close to you, so you don't give anyone a point of attack. Any blind man can see that they are in love with each other," the old man explained.

"It's complicated," it came tersely from Sam, not wanting to just tell Josie's story.

"That's what Josie said too," Tracy noted with a curious tone.

"Then let her explain it to you too," Sam brusquely rebuffed to end the subject.

Sam only wished that things would get easier for the two of them soon, as he could already see his brother breaking down over it. However, Josie was already doubting her own decision, about her resolution to swear allegiance to Andy until he was avenged. Since Dean's confession, the huntress often lay awake at night and weighed it up. She thought she would never meet anyone who could match her fiancé, but Dean even surpassed him, she became more aware of that every day.

Just as she was at this moment. As Dean's breathing deepened, she just watched him do it. Felt his heart beat regularly and watched the slight movements of his eyes. As soon as he started to draw his brows together in annoyance, she stroked his chest reassuringly. After a while, however, she fell asleep herself. The marches across the city also drained her.

A loud bang and the wail of a car alarm jolted them both rudely from sleep, causing Josie to fall off the couch in shock. Tracy ran past them to the window. Outside the building, several black-eyed demons were engaged in a fierce battle.

"Great, now they're fighting up here too," the blonde grumbled as Josie and Dean also looked out the window.

"You said Sam talked to Crowley, what do we know about the opposing party?", asked Dean, predominantly addressing Tracy.

"They're Knights of Hell, apparently some survived and regrouped. Crowley says Abaddon has been quietly training their own army, who would now be strong enough to take him down. He knows he has many enemies and they have now joined the Knights, which has diminished his following quite a bit," the pretty slayer told them.

"Demons do have a hierarchy, don't they? We would actually just have to find someone who is superior to them and can command them," Josie reasoned, trying to remember what Sam had once told her.

"Again, we're not going to release Lucifer! A white-eyed demon certainly won't help us, since we killed Lilith and the yellow-eyed princes are all dead. Actually Crowley would be high enough, but as it is with dictators, someone always wants to claim power," Dean sighed, "The only one who has more to say than this Abaddon is Cain"
