"No, that was the only thing he didn't want! He wanted me to listen to his horror stories and always proudly presented me the blood on his blade. Again and again he asked me if I could love him, this monster that he was. I was actually afraid of him, so I always said 'yes'. He then smiled contentedly and walked away. He treated my arm, I got to eat and he also let me shower at some point and we even went to the garden for a short while, but woe betide me if I even thought of escaping. I knew he would kill me and believe me sweetie my life is worth something. After two weeks or so, I apparently bored him because he just unchained me, threatened me that if I told the cops the truth he would come back and kill me and then he left. From that moment on, I never saw that son of a bitch again. For weeks I drove across the country chasing his trail until it brought me here, where his brother chillingly tells me he's not a demon because you exorcised him."
In Tony's last words sounded a bit of dissatisfaction, she really would have liked to bring her tormentor the just punishment, but she realized herself that the man who fled from the trouble is not the one who kept her imprisoned in her own basement.
"Yes, we cured Dean of that, he's one hundred percent human again," Josie confirmed Sam's statement.
"I don't know the human Dean, but you should be really scared of the demon! I've met a lot of demons and monsters but, honestly, I've never come across anything like this. He told me every detail of his murders and enjoyed it, both when he did it and my reaction to it."
"I know, I know some of his bloody deeds, he told me reluctantly," Josie muttered, trying to push away the thoughts she had about it.
"Reluctantly, ha, he sounded like a butcher who loved his job," Tony recalled.
Josie was silent, she needed to process all of this first, but then Tony put her hand on Josie's.
"Hey, it's really my advice to you, run as long as you can. And better you don't look back," Tony talked her through it again before letting go of her hand again, "Since there's no demon to kill here I'll go and I won't look back either, but if I hear Dean Winchester is roaming around as a demon again I won't hesitate, I don't care if you can cure him!"
Josie thought to herself, if only Tony knew, but she preferred to keep it to herself, because the thought seemed to comfort the strange slayer.
"I won't stop you," Josie promised and accompanied Antoinette to the exit.
It was already night and Josie decided to walk a few steps. Her eyes fell on the sky, which showed a few clouds here and there, but was otherwise starry.
"Castiel?" she murmured softly, but nothing happened, so she called his name again loudly.
"Josie, it's good to see you again," the angel spoke and the huntress exhaled in relief.
"I need your advice," she began uncertainly, while he accompanied her a bit.
"About Dean, I suppose? Is he all right? Is his wound not healed?"
