Chapter 46: Collision.

[ Two years later ]

Do not let the memories of your past limit the potential of your future. There are no limits to what you can achieve on your journey through life, except in your mind. It's been two years and a lot has changed as anyone would generally expect things to be after such a long gap but still life did teach all of us tons of new lessons. Life is about accepting the challenges along the way, choosing to keep moving forward, and savoring the journey after all.

“Oh shh it's okay little one” I cooed towards the baby that slept in my arms comfortably, it's still such a peculiar sensation to hold something that has been made as a part of you. Something that is more of you then you'll ever be of yourself, I gently peck his forehead as his little palms brush against my collarbone causing me to chuckle at the adorable size difference.

“I love you so much” I breathed out as my hands gently carcasses his little head that rested on my chest, the blanket covering both of us as I stared outside the window admiring the golden light day. Suddenly Eunwoo moved a little within my embrace as he was still struggling with finding himself a comfortable spot, he was just four months old at the moment but in my eyes he already grew up so much especially compared to the day when I first held him.

The raw red skin and his painful cries which somehow felt like a music to my ears because the fact that he was finally here was beyond a blessing in all of our lives, “Shh shh shh my baby” I comfort the little bean who immediately leans in to my warm touch and continues his nap.

He had a bit trouble digesting the milk in between and getting him to burp was one of the toughest tasks ever faced, if I could i would happily take all of his pains. He was still new to this world and facing all this troubles pained my heart for him, “You are so precious” I smile at his tiny frame. Leaning closer once again I peck his cheeks which surprisingly leads to Eunwoo smiling to himself in his innocent dream like.

“You are dreaming about your favourite plushy aren't you my baby” I laugh at my attempt to have a conversation with him, even though he was still not old enough to talk back excluding the couple of adorable 'oh!' and 'e!' but still that was more than enough to melt my heart.

“Is he still sleeping Y/n?” Taehyung questioned, his deep voice startling Eunwoo causing me to shoot a dead glares towards him while he looks down guilty after realising his mistakes. The little bean bursts down into tears as I pat his back softly to stop the heart breaking tears, “Taehyung I swear to god! Oh my baby it's okay it's okay” I start comforting Eunwoo with sugar coated words once again.

“Ohh my life, my little tiny heart please don't cry. Y/nie will cry too” I pecked his ears as he slowly stopped crying and hugged my neck tight instead. “Y/n let me feed him some milk, I just received the packets from the hospital and Taehyung if I see you next time around Eunwoo during his nap time then I swear to god I'll murder you” Jimin made grabby hands towards me as I handed him down the now calm baby.

“Eee!” Eunwoo got excited as he finally found himself in his papa's embrace after getting scared from his beloved dad's deep voice during the not so peaceful nap. We all laughed at how adorable the interaction between both of them was, both of them finally decided to take thier relationship to next step by having a little addition to thier family after having a simple court marriage since neither of them were interested in having a grand marriage celebration.

They opted for in vitro fertilization even though they were beyond terrified through out the entire process, fortunately they found a kind lady who volunteered to be thier surrogate. Eunwoo had Taehyung's genes and it was very much visible from his breath taking appearance and exact moles, but still having him really turned their life upside down in a good way as now they were actually closer than they were before.
