The Unknown Hashira (Demon Slayer x Reader)

[50: Last Chance]

Tanjiro and Giyu were so shocked about what Y/n did, the hashira was swallowed by their enemy to protect them. It shocked them to the point they weren't able to move for a while. 

Tanjiro started tearing up, he can't believe that the person who saved them so many times still wanted to save them till the end. Even so, they must push on, the demon is still not dead. 

ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ

Muzan started crawling away, and the restraints on him disappeared but there are still obstacles to his pan. "Don't let him get into the shade!! Drop it now!!" The Ubuyashiki shouted and the slayers dropped bookcases on top of Muzan, slowing him down. 

Next up, cars bumped into him, the drivers hoping out of the car since he crushed it out of anger. He started crawling again, the kakushis pushed a bus toward him so he could be stopped. To his annoyance, Muzan raised his arm to smash the bus with the kakushis, but Sanemi cut off his arm. "What a tough bastard! Hurry up and die, you piece of crap!" 

Muzan didn't give up, he started climbing over the bus, but something wrapped around his neck, pulling him away. Gyomei used his chains to pull Muzan away, some kakushis helping him, and they succeeded, they pulled Muzan to the ground. 

But the demon is simply a genius, he turned himself around and started digging into the ground to escape. Sanemi, Giyu, and Obanai attacked him but to no avail until Tanjiro helped and cut off Muzan's neck. The demon screamed in pain, he rosed up and scratched his neck and the sun reached him, slowly burning him off...

He disintegrated. They won against Muzan. 

Everyone celebrated, crying, hugging each other, sighing the breath that they were holding, and some of them even fell asleep from exhaustion. Except for the hashiras, too tired to even stand up, but someone saved them. 

"Blood Demon Art: Judgement of Light!" 

Caine shouted and a bunch of plants surrounded everyone, these plants hugged them with warmth and all of their wounds started healing. Even their lost limbs started regrowing just like how a demon would. 

Jera and Caine looked for Y/n but to...no avail. They looked at each other, Caine started tearing up while Jera just hugged her. "Remember that Y/n-san has a heroic death, don't be sad, Caine," Jera said as she cried herself. 

ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ

Gyomei saw that all of his limbs are back, his body still feels heavy but all of his wounds healed. "Did a demon just heal me?" Gyomei muttered, shocked at how he can feel everyone around him start healing. 

"Yes, Himejime-san. Caine, a demon kakushi from Y/n-san, healed everyone." A kakushi said as they escorted Gyomei out of the battlefield. Gyomei smiled, taking a mental note that he should thank Y/n. 

On the other side, Obanai hugged Mitsuri, their wounds are now healed. Obanai's face is now healed, and Mitsuri's wound on her chest is also now healed. Both of them are hugging, professing each other's love for one another. 

"Iguro, please. If we recovered from this tiredness, please can I be your bride?" 

"Of course, if you will agree to have me. And this time I will make you happy, and protect you so you won't die." 

The two of them hugged one another and fell asleep, thanking Y/n in their dreams. 

Sanemi started opening his eyes, hearing the kakushis around him screaming how he regain consciousness. He grumbled Y/n's name, remembering how he healed the hashira in such a weird way, but he still can't speak and therefore move, so he must wait and confess to Y/n later on. 

ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ

Giyu's wounds healed up and he went towards Tanjiro, he saw how Tanjiro's arm hasn't grown back. "Caine, Tanjiro's arm has still not grown back. What happened?" He asked Caine and even the demon is shocked. 

"Impossible. My power should be the strongest since Y/n-san helped me perfect it. I also distributed Y/n-san's blood with my plants to make the regeneration faster, so why is his arm not back?" Caine said as she went towards Tanjiro, checking his body. 

Giyu started thinking that Tanjiro must've died making him tear up, he went towards Tanjiro and kneeled in front of him. Remembering the boy's happy face as he touched Tanjiro's hand. 

"I've failed to protect you again. I always receive protection from others. I'm sorry, Nezuko. I'm sorry, Y/n... I'm so sorry." Giyu said, everyone around Giyu started tearing up, but Caine didn't. 

She sniffed the air and smelled something wrong with Tanjiro, she looked at his neck and realized there is two nail marks on it, making her realize something. "Everyone! Duck!" She screamed. 

Tanjiro's eyes opened again, his eyes looking like a cat's eye. The chunk of flesh out of his eyes healed and was restored, just the same with his arm. Giyu was shocked and almost wasn't able to move. 

Caine was close to Tanjiro, they looked at each other and Tanjiro smiled, attacking her. Before she was attacked Giyu saved Caine and pushed her away, making her shocked. 

"Muzan gave Tanjiro his blood. Knowing that Tanjiro can survive the sun." Caine murmured to Giyu making the man shocked. "We can't kill Tanjiro now."
